Well, I'm never eating at sonic ever again. I got very bad food poisoning here today. And I understand -people think it's what they just ate that caused it - but my #1 cheeseburger meal was the only thing I ate today. I don't want to go into detail, suffice to say it ruined my day and my night. What was odd is the server was overly apologetic about the tater tots "getting everywhere" in the bag. Not like I care. It was fine. Well, until after I ate it and got home. I still have a 99.5 degree fever. Ugh man I feel awful. Please avoid. read more

I sat waiting to order a looong time. My call button even either turned itself off or they turned it off one. No sure, but I had to push it again and it still took about 5 more minutes from there. I'm ok with having to wait for food to be cooked. That seems reasonable and generally speaking I'm good to wait a few minutes to order but WOW!!!! I saw several people just leave. Hold on! Update. I love the deserts here. I only go here to get icecream. And floats. Staff is friendly and fun and very helpful. Food is always fresh and looks appealing. As for the location doesn't have to car hops. Just has a walk in and drive up window. So to walk in and sit.. There is never anyone in the place. And the place is very clean. read more

This is quite possibly the worst sonic of all Sonics. This is the second time they have stopped taking my order mid order. And then I pushed the button again after a few minutes they answered and I told them they weren't done taking my order and the girl hung up again. One of the leads game out to give me my food and I told her I wasn't done and that they hung up again and she said you're kidding. No they didn't. Like not uhh. And she gave me the rest of my order free that they didn't take which was nice. But I mean if you have to go to a sonic, don't go to this one. read more

Terrible. Food was cold and the fries tasted like they were rehearsed from a microwave. The chicken was rock solid. The mozzarella sticks tasted freezer burnt. Even the dog didn't want it. Don't ever come here unless You want to get sick and waste your money. read more

I'm sad to say the service and quality at this location have definitely deteriorated throughout the years. This was my go to location for many years - specifically during high school. There were a couple of ladies who always got the orders right and had them out quickly while being super personable and friendly. Now, employees don't appear motivated, orders never seem to be accurate, and efficiency has fallen off. I hope management shakes things up or changes altogether. This isn't the neighborhood Sonic I grew up loving. May or may not go back. read more

Been coming here recenty decently consistent for the past 6 months, and I've never had a problem with my order taking too long or not being up to par from my previous orders. The servers are very straight to the point, they give you your order and don't try to extra. For me personally i prefer it that way so I give this place 5 Stars for the consistent and considerate service! read more

Terrible. The car hops had to come THREE times back and forth because they messed up our order. Forgot our spoons. Then forgot to give us napkins. We had to wait so long for each of these items because we had to keep pressing the button. They were rude and did not help us out at all. I felt like I was annoying the carhop when they should've had all the things in the first place. !!!!Also my friend ordered the chili cheese coney and it was bad, it wasn't cooked right and he had been throwing up all day. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES OTHER PEOPLE I SEE IN THE REVIEWS HAVE GOTTEN FOOD POISONING ALSO. DO NOT EAT HERE. !!!!! The most terribly experience I've ever had. Will prob never go back to sonic. I'm a fan of the slushee. They never fail. The fact that they continue to reinvent their drinks often proves how much of a winner they are.

This place is run under the worst management ever. Apparently they allow a very hostile work environment. I was being served by my car hop and I witnessed one of the other workers there come and get into it with my server while I was there watching. The drinks are poorly mixed and the burgers are not put together well. They are soggy and just fall apart on you. I'll never use this sonic again. read more

This sonic is very slow... All three times I've gone there they either took 30 minutes or they got the order wrong... It's faster to go to one 10 minutes away then this one that's right by your house and even then you'll probably make it home in the same time with the write order... read more

Yesterday, I went to this Sonic, I had to repeat my order several times, the staff here does not practice active listening... Because this is NOT the first time I have had that problem. I ordered a kids wacky pack with grilled cheese and a Powerade, an additional grilled cheese and a Large cup of water. 3 other cars drove up after I did 1 was a drink only order so i understand that those orders should be delivered first, but when it comes to food what ever happened to first in first out? After the second car pulled away with their food order i pressed the button and the car hop rudely told me my order would be out shortly.... The car hop delivering food to third car that drove up after me looked straight at me when she was walking to their car and after she delivered the food, i waited 5 more minutes for my food and pressed the button before i could say anything the car hop stated again that my food would be out shortly i stated to just cancel my order... I worked for sonic while i was in high school.... I know that their drink only orders are first since they have no food but that does NOT mean that it takes 20 minutes for grilled cheese!!!!! read more
