The manager on the job is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm appalled on how a manager will yell at a customer and follow me to car to threaten me over inquiring about pickle and putting them on the side. She did not give me my pickles on the side nor did she put cheese on my burger. She ruined my order and I'm starting to think it was purposely done. Your manager attempted to humiliate me and my husband in front of customers. This lady avoided giving me my receipt several times bc she knew I was going to make a complaint. I will never support this establishment and will tell all my friends about this experience. A manager of such should not be managing if they are unable to keep their cool. This should be an embarrassment to the company to have such company. I believe the manager is Ashley due to what's printed on the receipt. To have a receipt and a correct order is definitely apart of customer service. I have never been treated with such disrespect and disregarded by a manager. I end up tossing my food due to a simple meal being made and rung up wrong. I look forward to a phone call from the store manager. read more

This wasn't the traditional drive-in type of establishment that Sonic is known for. It was actually a storefront counter at the Gateway of Euless, which features Jimmy John's and a convenience store. Service was fast and efficient. read more

This was the first time I've seen a Sonic inside of a gas station! Located inside The Gateway gas station, next to Jimmy John's, this Sonic is basically just a walk-up counter. We were eating at Jimmy John's but stopped by here for some drinks since it was happy hour after all! Ordered 2 large strawberry unsweetened teas and they were promptly made as soon as I paid. All in all, this is a nice, clean Sonic location with friendly employees and quick service! read more

I could only hope no one would experience the horrible service I have received within the previous 4-6 months. I place my order(s) on line using their app as encouraged, arrive at the Euless Sonic on Main to pick up my order. It's become necessary to time my arrival when they aren't busy because stall availability is quite limited. It seems more stalls are blocked off than available. I was finally able to locate an available stall, or so I thought - the monitor was not working so I pressed the red button, asked what stall I was in and you'd have thought I asked for the formula of infinity. The little snot nosed snit working inside found it more amusing to laugh at me through her looking glass than to assist me. Thank goodness the assistant manager came out to discover I was correct - another non-working stall. I finally got home, are my dinner knowing I wouldn't be returning until things change. I've never seen a Sonic is such deplorable and embarrassing condition ! read more

New Sonic drive-thru opened up at the Exxon gas and car wash building near my house. Super clean. Only minor complaint I have is the volume of the speaker at the ordering station is very low and when the car wash is going, it's difficult to hear. Other than that, they have a solid team, courteous and highly efficient. Kudos to the managers Ashley and Eric for training them well! read more

I was an employee at this sonic and this is the worst job I've had. The work is good, my coworkers were phenomenal, but I got fired because I was sick. I had been sick for 5 days, I had work one morning at 7am. I got up for work and got ready and then ended up throwing up all over myself and my uniform, so an hour before I was supposed to come in, I called in. Mind you, I'm 8 months pregnant and had been having acid reflex horribly, also horrible excruciating headaches to the point where I almost fall over. The rule, which I had no clue about, was to call in 2 hours ahead of time. I stayed in bed sick for hours and even when I got up apologized to my manager for not giving her more notice. I get better and I come into work a day or so later, all day she acts like normal, and at the very end of my day comes to me and gives me a write up, not a warning. After my first offense, after I would work 6 days a week for her sometimes, even working on my days off, when a baby is literally about to push its way out of me. I was told that I should have known better. I do know better, I know better then to come into work with throw up all over my clothes. I was told I should have come in anyways even just for an hour so she could find someone. She didn't care about me or my baby, even though she had come to me, a pregnant woman, begging for me to come work for her in a time of need. But this was my time of need, and where was she? handing me a write up. It's not like she had never done anything for me before, she would occasionally buy me things from the gas station, but I always offered to pay, she would give me whatever days I needed off, but none of that warrants such cold and harsh behavior to a homeless pregnant woman who tries her hardest everyday. I left that day and cried for hours, so much that my body gave out and that night I sent her a text about how I felt, because in the moment I felt so caught off guard I just signed it and went on to cry while on shift, even though I was told not to cry at work. At the end of the text message I told her I wouldn't be in tomorrow, stress can cause horrendous pain and hurt my child in the process, so many complications could come, like my baby coming out premature. so I called in, giving her more then a day to find someone to work for me. And I was told that if I didn't show up without a valid reason, to not come in the following days. A valid reason? My child coming out safe and healthy isn't a valid reason. I've never been so disgusted and disappointed in management in my entire life, she never cared about me or my child and saw me as replaceable. Because my gm hired a pregnant woman and she had pregnant issues. I could have handled it a lot better, I should have called in instead of texting, but besides that, I did everything I could for her. And when I told her I was never told about the 2 hour rule, she said she had told me, I have no recollection of this and I can't read minds. I would have taken a different approach when calling in if I had known. But either way, there's no way I could have come in. I got fired for putting my child's health first, but I'll be damned if as a mom I didn't, so I agreed to not coming in from that day further. It's sad because the job was great, I had so much fun, and my other manager Erick was amazing to work with and I'm sad I won't be able to work with everyone again, but I guess that's what happens when you're just a cog in someone else's machine. Maybe I wasn't, but the way I was treated certainly felt like it. My mother and even old gm's I had talked to told me that the write up was harsh, I had done everything in my power to help this company, all I did was talk highly of it and after one offensive, I get written up and shoved out the door. Thanks for the job while it lasted, Ashley, I had fun, but I won't hurt myself or my child to help you. Early maternity leave for me I guess. read more
