History
Established in 2006.
I moved to Texas to attend graduate school in Exercise Physiology and began personal training part-time at a big box gym. I quickly realized how much I loved helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident, and decided to take the next step and build my own training business.
I trained clients at private studio gyms throughout Austin. Then COVID changed the way people approached fitness, and I transitioned to a completely online training model.
What started as a necessity turned out to be a better way to train. Online training allowed me to create more focused and effective workouts, while giving my clients the flexibility to train on their own schedule. They spent less time commuting, had fewer reasons to miss workouts, and many saw better consistency and results.
personalized programming, expert coaching, and the convenience of online training to help clients build strength, improve mobility and balance, prevent injuries, and stay active for the long term.
