    Grilled chicken Caesar salad
    Cassy C.

I was in Levelland at lunch time for business and decided to give this spot a try. I walked in right at noon and there were several tables already seated which was a good sign. The server was fast and friendly. A+ for service. I am trying to follow a low carb diet so decided to order the grilled chicken Caesar salad. The salad arrived with the chicken, croutons, and dressing all separate. The croutons were definitely out of a bag. The dressing was bottled Caesar served in a cup on the side. One of the great things about a Caesar salad is having the dressing tossed nicely with the lettuce, but this was just a salad with dressing on the side. The chicken was good. Maybe next time I'll try a different salad.

    Sooooooo good!!

But I'm not here to discuss their excellent pizza, the generous slices, or the largest pie in the region. I'm here to gush about their soda. I only have one vice in life: Dr Pepper. I visit near-daily to sit and watch old David Letterman clips on my phone, and nothing pairs as well with talk-show clips from the 1980s quite like an ice-cold Dr Pepper. I don't know what their trick is, but it's the perfect balance of syrup & carbonation. What's more is the availability of that delightful ice all enthusiasts crave: small & airy, which allows each cube to harbor your soda of choice within it's cracks for a flavor-filled burst with every satisfying crunch. Staff is invariably friendly and attentive, and seem to have no qualms about a daily dip into Letterman clips. Ownership is likewise friendly & kind, and offer up a warm greeting any time we cross paths. There's always a clean table available (sanitized with Fabuloso® if I'm guessing correctly), there are a couple of arcade machines (play Pac-Man while you wait!), and much of the restaurant is tastefully decorated with Super Mario memorabilia. If you're anything like me, and h*ck, who isn't, you'll love catching up with your favorite David Letterman clips and enjoying a slice of pepperoni while sipping an otherworldly example of Dr Pepper. It is my view that Georgio's merits all five stars, a blue ribbon, numerous gold medals and a Nobel peace prize.

Ambiance is casual enough, but you can dress up and not feel out of place. Not dim, but not overly bright lighting. Service was quick, friendly, and came by the table often. Now the food. I had heard good things about it, but I was quite pleased with how good it actually was. Bread is complimentary and comes out early. Very good bread. We both had the Pink Parmesan and it did not disappoint. If you don't know, that is Alfredo sauce and red sauce mixed. Chicken was well cooked and not dry at all. The tortellini it comes with is SO good! We had one plate with this, and then one with fettuccine noodles. Both are topped with the pink sauce. Tortellini was our favorite of the two, but we're both very good. Portions were generous. My wife and I could have split an order and it would have been plenty of food. Did not come with a salad or soup. I'm sure that could have been added, but was not included with the meal. Also had seafood items, but we did not try any of them. Pricing was on par with other restaurants in town. Most entrees were in the $11 to $20 range, with a few more expensive items. We will be back for sure.
