It was a rich taste because of the chorizo, and very flavorful. My husband LOVED the hand battered steak fingers with mashed potatoes. I topped it off with the Angel Delight Chocolate Lover ice cream waffle bowl. While this place is terrible for my waistline, it was good food and worth the drive. I'll probably try the steak fingers next time. My husband says he's coming back for a 1/2 lb burger!

It's was terrific both times. The steak fingers are not quite as good as the Dixie Maid over in Paducah, but they are far above ones I've had any place else. My family enjoyed their meals, as well. I think they had cheeseburgers, a ham club, and a Philly sandwich. The service is great. Friendly. Personable. What you'd expect from a small town non-chain. It's got a good atmosphere. And I think every single song playing in the background was a 10. We hope to go back in person again.

The mirror in the bathroom is great- antique sasparilla theme- but the floor needs some tile to easily mop and a new coat of paint on the walls.

I tried both of my girls' milkshakes. Our server really liquified the heck out them - not what my girls were expecting. Still, the fries were really good. The patties on our burgers were a bit thin, but overall a decent burger.

My youngest let me try her chicken enchiladas ($12.99) - pretty good! The other girl had a cheeseburger which she seemed to enjoy ($13.49). My heart was set on the "Cook's Favorite Con Queso" ($15.99) - "A hamburger steak topped with our own homemade green chili cheese sauce, sprinkled with cheddar cheese served with rice, beans, red chili salsa and basket of tostadas." The green chili cheese sauce was amazingly hearty and mild with spice. I did not want to stop eating it. Lol. I was not, however, a fan of the red chili salsa at all. It tasted too much like Pace Picante Sauce to me. The service was really great. Plenty of free parking. To date, they only had a sign that said "Restaurant" on the outside, so it was hard to tell if we were at the right place. No wonder my work crew always eats here when they travel to the Clovis area.
