On one visit, we sat outside and after 15 minutes hadn't even had an initial visit from our server, so we went back inside just to check if we'd been forgotten. The restaurant was generally clean, at least. The bigger issue: after our second visit, we discovered our credit card had been charged twice for the same amount. We didn't catch it until we were back home (out of state). When I called to resolve it, the restaurant told me I'd need to come in person, not practical once you're out of state. I followed up by email with management requesting a refund. And despite them admitting to me in writing of the error correspondence from them ceased before resolution, so I ended up having to dispute the duplicate charge with my credit card company.
