Ordered chicken teriyaki bowl, double chicken. After reading reviews I felt like I was taking a chance. Im glad I did! It's really good, not overly sauced, just right. The chicken pieces are juicy and cut just right in size. I sat inside, place was clean, as soon as people left building the table was cleaned. Ladies taken order smiled and were patient, it took me a bit to decide. The drive-thru is non-stop busy, this place is popular, and the food don't lie..very tasty. There is plenty of seating, a little chilly, bathrooms very clean. The bowl was perfect, if your trying to be on the healthier side, I suggest chicken bowl with double meat, double vegis (especially cabbage) and easy on rice. That's what ill have next time. Thank you for the yummy bowl. Oh I forgot to mention the good tea, had unsweetened tea, Loved it. read more

I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki bowl and Chicken Alfredo and the chicken was so salty and hard it was not edible. The chicken was precooked and just used in whatever dish called for chicken. At 23$ for the bowl I ordered I would not recommend this to anyone and the Alfredo was not any better. read more

Good variety here! The fried pickles were a great starter, and the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and Turkey Bacon Avocado Wrap were both fresh and flavorful. Ryan was helpful. The restaurant was clean and quiet. And the food was a nice change of pace from typical New Mexico fare. Recommended if you're craving something a little different. read more

Our order was messed up. My wife ordered a CYO Baked Potatoe with Onions, 2X Broccoli, Chives, and shredded Cheese. She got all that except double broccoli. They decided to ad steak and butter to it. There attention to detail at this store is below average. This is not the only time they have messed our order up. read more

I enjoyed the flavor of the Teriyaki Steak dish and vegetables but found the meat to be a bit tough. I love desserts but will leave it alone here. The coconut cream pie ? Let's just say over price frozen waste of money . read more

The food was palatable. I had the Thai chicken salad and my husband had the Fiesta chicken salad. Both were fresh. Neither had anything that stood out to make them special. Our dining experience may have been more pleasant had the young woman that took our order had any friendliness or personality. read more

We've been eating at Something Different for 5 plus years a couple of times a month. Unfortunately something different is happening at the N Prince location. Ordered dinner tonite and it took 3 delivery trips before we finally got the correct order. When it finally arrived the food was cold, but more importantly, the serving sizes were definitely smaller. I had the Southern Fried Fish. In the past there were multiple catfish fillets but tonight there were catfish fingers. My wife's spaghetti was watery and about half the size of servings in the past. I understand that all restaurants are under unprecedented pressure from increased costs, but the quickest way to failure is to lose your loyal customer base. We would rather pay more for consistently good food than get less food and lower quality. I hope that management takes this review as an honest concern and not a chance to vent. read more

I have been here in Clovis for a few months now, and I regularly eat at Something Different. They have a wide selection of menu options and even different flavors of sweet tea. They have teriyaki bowls, giant spuds, pasta, salads, sandwiches, dessert, and more. My personal favorites are their Eggroll platter (3 egg rolls with sweet and sour or soy sauce or both), Cali Spud (butter, crispy chicken, bacon, avocado, Jack cheese, chives, and a drizzle of ranch), Broccoli and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and the Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki bowl (Cabbage, carrots, broccoli, and rice with teriyaki chicken and shrimp). The eggrolls are crispy and packed with flavor. The spuds are so big I get two meals out of them. I love the alfredo because it's light with just a little kick to it, and the chicken is tender and juicy. The teriyaki bowls are the perfect balance of flavor without being overpowered by the teriyaki sauce. My favorite sweet teas are either peach or coconut. I know what you are thinking, coconut in a sweet tea? It's delicious. Plus, sweet tea is half price from 2-5 each day, or all day if you order in the app or online. I would highly recommend you try out Something Different! read more

I am a carnivore, and I generally do not get a salad for dinner......was definitely glad I did here! I had the Fiesta Chicken salad, and my wife had the Cobb.....both were gigantic, and a definite meal in itself. Totally a great dining experience! read more

Real estate agent took us here for lunch. Employees were all very friendly. Friendly like they were family, happy to see us friendly. Ordered Cobb salads, kids spaghetti, loaded baked potato and a chicken wrap. Everyone said their dishes tasted really good. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. We will go back when we visit Clovis. read more

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn and was exhausted. Something Different delivered. I absolutely did not expect what I got. A teriyaki bowl loaded with fresh steaming hot goodness. Fresh sliced carrot medallions, fresh broccoli, bok chou, with gerold portion of steak, shrimp with tender rice below. The teriyaki did not taste like it came off a grocery shelf, this was good quality sauce. Egg rolls were also very good. Delivery was prompt. A treasure for a weary wanderer. read more

If you're wanting something different, affordable, and delicious - Look no further! I was amazed by the variety of items. They have Wraps, Apps, Salads, Pastas, Teriyaki Bowls, Giant Spud and delicious sweet Iced tea. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl. It was so good. I liked that the veggies seemed like they had been steamed and the chicken was seasoned with a sauce. I topped that off with a sauce that was included. The rice was pretty great too better than any rice I can make but it was a lot so I didn't get to finish that. We also got some of the green Chile Johnny Bites. These a med sized potato balls that have green Chile and bacon bits And all fried together. They were so flavorful and the price is amazing. Finally I got to try the fries from my sisters plate and just absolutely some of the best tasting fries I've had. The lady who took our order was super sweet as well, the service was quick and the location is super nice. If your looking for delicious food this is the place to stop at. read more

We stopped in here for a late dinner after driving all day. The customer service was fantastic and the food was decent. I really loved that they had a variety of food available through a drive through for anybody in a hurry too. I wish the iced tea was better. Maybe it's because we came late in the day but their iced tea had an unpleasant tang to it, like it was old or like the container it was made in had old residue when it was made. read more

I used Yelp to find a place to eat. This place sounded good,,reviews were mostly good. The prices are higher than online & they no longer do taco salads which is what I was going to order. The cashier was fantastic & explained ingredients on other dishes. Hubby & I both had the Chicken Teriyaki bowls & a basket of egg rolls. Everything was very very good! We were happy with our food & overall experience! read more

I LOVE Something Different Grill!! No matter the location, it's always clean, has great customer service and the food is AMAZING!!

I order from the one on 14th st 2-3 times a week every week and I pay for extra cheese ×3 but they haven't been putting it on so I probably won't be ordering from them anymore read more

You will see the locals love this place because they don't have a tongue and broad culinary experiences. This place has zero seasoning and trash food quality. Food is horrible and the chef and menu designer to be replace. AVOID. read more

Ordered food though the app. It sent it to the wrong one. When I got to pick up my order. I was told it's at another location. Told the person at the window that I was going the opposite direction. They would not make my order at all. Ended up telling them to cancel the order and drove off. Didn't have time to go anywhere else to get something to eat. Thanks a lot Something Different Grill. read more

Matthew please come back to the prince location! Ever since you left service has been down the toilet. My orders are never accurate, customer service is poor. If I place an order for delivery and it's wrong, fix it, don't tell me there's nothing you can do and don't tell me you won't drive back to my house that is literally 5 minutes away. I paid for delivery, so my order should be accurately delivered. When I call to see about my order being fixed, I am passed off to 3 or more different people and there is never a solution. If there was a negative rating I would definitely give that rating for the prince location. Bring Matthew back!!! read more

Paid like 18.50 for the teriyaki bowl with three egg rolls. It was delivered but i didnt get my egg rolls and the teriyaki bowl was literally like 5 peices of tough meat, 2 stalks of broccoli, and some carrots luckily they didnt forget the 3 cups of rice.. basically feel like i paid 18.50 for a few cups of steamed rice when i can go buy a 2 pound bag of rice for that. Wont be coming back read more

Food was great! Service was great! But it was so cold in there! But I'll go back when I can.

Really good! We were on a road trip and looking for something reasonably healthy so we tried the chicken bowls and fried pickles, I said reasonable, so that justifies the fried pickles! The chicken was moist and the sauces were delicious! We tried the Thai and the teriyaki and both were really good. The staff is friendly, the food is good and the iced tea is cold and delicious. Overall, a great spot to stop! read more

Awesome food and great service always! One of our go to spots. Fast and Friendly service.

From when I first started getting Something Different in 2015 to now its REALLY gone down hill. At one point the owners had their son as a manager, and it was terrible. Not sure who's managing the one on Prince these days, but it's okay. I get price increase due to horrible state of economic affairs, however, don't think I should pay more for less food either. Family used to eat there often, but now it's just not worth it but once every couple of months. read more

I love that this place delivers! Something Different provides a wide variety of choices:salads, teriyaki bowls, pasta, sandwiches, and wraps. It's a great place to order delivery from if you & your family/friends are craving different items. My favorite item off the menu is the meat lasagne. The portion is large and it comes with two pieces of garlic bread. It's great for a hangry episode/to share with a friend. The service here is always friendly, but not always the fastest. Oh, and lastly, they have a great punch card program! read more
