Once prepared, the travelers included sweeteners, sleeves, stirrers, and napkins--but no cups or lids, which are essential and expected. I never received them. Having pre-ordered specifically to avoid delays or issues, this was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I canceled my order for the following day.
