I placed an order for two Coffee Travelers two days in advance, with a scheduled pickup time of 9:30 a.m. on 11/12/25. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the staff had no awareness of the order, and it hadn't even been started. This caused a delay in providing coffee for our workshop attendees. Once prepared, the travelers included sweeteners, sleeves, stirrers, and napkins--but no cups or lids, which are essential and expected. I never received them. Having pre-ordered specifically to avoid delays or issues, this was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I canceled my order for the following day. I hope the store can improve communication and attention to detail, especially for pre-scheduled group orders. read more

Coffee order was wrong. Given sugar instead of sweetener. Breakfast sandwich was flipped inside out so it was soggy. Not sure what I did to warrant this pettiness but had a good laugh about it later. I'll go to Café Bistro next time. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I stood at the counter while everyone was talking amongst themselves and didn't greet me at all. It was a gal at the counter stooped down looking in a binder and never said a word to me. Another gal had to come assist me and when she did, the gal that was looking in the binder walked away. I ordered and when I picked up my cup, it was piping hot. No slip cover or anything. I asked for one and the gal just pointed to them like I was suppose to see them. This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. The staff is disrespectful and just there for a paycheck. They were rude. The person who took my order was just like doing me a favor. I asked the other person his Name and he refused to give it to me. Just came from Katy Tx on Mason rd and they charge $3.95 and Clovis charged $4.17. I asked why and he wasn't clear himself. My coffee was wrong The management team obviously was not on top of there game. Should have been fired on the spot. Rude rude RUDE The rude smug mean experience I had here was awful. The only nice person was the girl at the register. Wonder how long she'll want to work here. I gave specific instructions for the drink I wanted. Register girl even told barista girl. And that Einstein promptly made me something completely different. It couldn't be more different! She sat it on the counter without calling my name or even looking at me. After awhile I tried to catch the eye of one of the five employees laughing and walking around to ask when I was getting my drink. Chrystal was VERY rude and unkind when I told her my drink was wrong. A young man named Jae tried to remake my drink. I was very confused because I was having a trying day and I had no idea we couldn't add our own cream. Chrystal rudely told me it was because of COVID. I guess they assume every customer is a regular and knows that. Clovis is small but that's no excuse for being condescending and presumptive. When I told Jae that the first barista made the first drink completely wrong he looked me square in the face and said with a belittling attitude "Mistakes Happen". Pardon me but what happened to I'm sorry about that? Im paying for a correct drink with a welcoming attitude. Not once did he smile or act welcoming. I apologized for not knowing about cream not in the sitting area which I shouldn't have. Jae was pouting at mean ole me and sure as hell wasn't about to give any kind of crap. I just went and got a venti Carmel macchiato and as I went to get a drink there was black finger prints all over the cup where I drink out of. When I called back because I'm I'm on break don't have time to wait in that line, they said "sorry" it was the guy he has to use sharpie to write orders. Okay so with covid and everything else all I got was sorry! That is horrible customer service. They should be wearing gloves and I wouldn't see a full fingerprint on my beverage. read more

Recently I went to this location just for a simple Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and I always sub oatmilk instead of 2%. I ordered at the screen in the drive thru and by the time I got to the window (which was literally about 30 seconds and took me only about 30 seconds to order so 2 minutes max total from the menu to the window) the drink was already done which didn't seem right. It was watered down from sitting, the drink was like lukewarm, the cold foam was also really runny, and it definitely did not have oatmilk. Im already paying for overpriced drinks and the least a barista could do is make it. Sure it's only a few dollars but it's the principle and sure enough all I paid for was laziness and negligence. If you come and spend your money here ensure your drink is what you ordered seeing as though this location doesn't honor what you request apparently. Also heads up is the staff seem like they have an attitude more often than not so if you like that then this is your place. I personally wouldn't recommend here but you can make that choice personally. read more

Went in a good week and a half ago I was at the dollar tree and placed the order outside of dollar tree. Realized I had nowhere else to go and did not take as long as anticipated so just decided to make my way as they were dead and had one other car at their window. Show up tell them I have an order for said name and the girl on the clock that night popped an attitude and told me for future reference we need to wait until it's ready. I was well aware that I was showing up before the said time and I never was rude in any way just did not think it would be an issue as I was the second customer there (the others in front of me). Would have completely understood if they were busy but it was such an unnecessary and uncalled for comment especially there being two customers nobody was inside their lobby. read more

We were excited to have an actual Starbucks store coming to the area, instead of getting out of the car and going into Albertsons. Well the excitement plummeted fast. When we pulled up to the drive thru it was pretty busy, well that's expected, but that wasn't the bad part. We pulled up to the speaker and anything we tried to order they were out of. The management or person taking orders could have notified us that they were out of certain things as well as saying what they wouldn't be able to make. They could've also put a sign up or something stating this. They were not at all prepared to open up. Will change review when they have enough stock to fill an order and I could get something. Edit: Upped to 3 stars. Their menu isn't updated. They aren't "selling their summer menu items" because "it's not summer anymore". So they left the summer items on the menu. Summer is still going til September 23rd, just saying. The service is quick, but if you're gonna stop selling something, why doesn't the menu get updated? read more

Went to Starbucks first time. My daughter was excited. She got down to get our drinks and one of the staff walked up to her did not acknowledge her and told the other staff to "handle this" . My daughter is not a "this" needless to say my daughter upset. I am not sure what was wrong that girl but she is not any better than anyone else. I've been going for about a couple weeks straight. One thing that i've noticed is that this starbucks takes forever. I usually go through the drive through and it takes about 30 minutes just to get me one simple drink. Recently i went inside to see if it would be faster, and it barley was. I think there was either 2 or 3 people that were working at the time, and i've gotta give it to them, the line was all the way to the road, it seemed like they were working extremely hard. Besides the starbucks being out of half the stuff on the menu,I think the problem with this starbucks is the lack of good management and not enough staff at the time. Would love to leave a better review i just don't see that possible. read more

Great service and as someone who worked at a high volume store they do their best to accommodate being UNDERSTAFFED. I get anxiety thinking about two ppl only on the floor during a rush. Just be warned!! Even on a slow day This location takes longer than usual to make your order. I'm in here once a week or so no matter what time of day especially at 2 in the afternoon when there is only two cars in the drive-through and one person inside they take a long time and I'm not just saying that to complain. I always make my order on the app ahead of time and it says it's gonna take up to five minutes when I get there literally is a total of 10 to 15 minutes. so what is the point of placing your order on the app before hand if they're still going to take a long time. the staff that works there is extremely slow or understaffed or They just have absolutely no experience working in a fast please coffee shop. But if you don't mind waiting and you just want toSit down relax take a few hours of your day and till they get your order go ahead this is the place. read more
