They also have afternoon specials from Mondays thru Fridays (2 PM until 5PM) for those dipped cones, regular cones, sundaes and other food items. The worker making the dessert did the classic - holding it upside down to prove that it's so thick it won't drip - move and you could see the chunks of Twix inside of that cup. Even for a mini cup, that dessert was pretty fulfilling. Good flavor and not too sweet. Definitely something to reward yourself with in the middle of the week! As for my chocolate dipped cone - I only ordered the 5 oz, which was more than enough. There were some cracks in the chocolate coating, causing some ice cream to leak out - but it was delicious! Took me back to my childhood days when McDonald's still offered this treat. Crispy chocolate shell with the amazing flavor of vanilla ice cream. The cone was tasty as well ... it's making me salivate a little just writing this review. tl;dr - If you want a treat that won't set you back too much, I'd recommend visiting DQ.
