Along with solid basics like chocolate and vanilla with buttercream icings, they had two versions of pineapple, one with a buttercream coconut icing and the other with a whipped cream icing with crunchy sugar crystals. Even though I was only able to sample their more basic flavors, their light, non greasy cake and ability to make a cupcake without being overly sweet, won me over. The only thing to note, it would be best to go there Tuesday through Friday as Friday is their last baking day of the week. They are closed Sunday and Monday. What a mistake. She ordered the Smokehouse slam and was disappointed because the links taste like over sized winners. Me I want to kick 2026 off in style Eggs Bennett. 2 trust and the Chef couldn't get it close to correct. I give up . Should have stuck to simple pancakes. Sad experience.
