This store left me amazed. It has some of the most unique and fresh items in here. My daughter was planning to cook this weekend so we stopped in here so she could do some shopping and I was just looking and grabbing! The store was so clean. The items they offered were fresh. Stopped by for a bite to eat instead of going out. I found the location easy to find, with a large parking lot. Once I entered the store, it was clean and well-organized, and when I interacted with staff, they were able to direct me to the items I was looking for. Just left Albertsons market in Clovis New Mexico ordered a vegetable tray this week Tuesday and they wanna wait till the day. I need the vegetable tray to call me and tell me that I had to pay for it before they make it when the person who took my order should've told me that I had to pay for it over the phone so I go to pay for it and this is the worst vegetable tray I have ever gotten from Albertson's and I mean the worst so I will never get vegetable tray or meat tray from Albertson's ever again read more

I bought 4 packs of cinnamon Trident gum listed as $4 for $5. According to my receipt I was charged $1.99 per pack. This isn't the first time this Albertsons has charged my a higher price than listed. I guess I need to start checking my receipt before I leave the register. read more

Shame on Albertsons! Walmart has been closed due to arson. The prices at Albertsons were always high but the prices went up at least TWICE since the closing of Walmart. Taking advantage of the situation is messed up. read more

This is the best place to buy produce in Clovis. It looks great, it lasts longer than the other stores here, and is QUALITY. My only complaint is that since it's the only regular grocery store (aside from Walmart) shelves are not always stocked, sales items run out quick, and it gets super busy on weekends to the point where you have to walk to the parkinglot to get a cart. But for Clovis being such a small town, it's not that much of a surprise that many people flock to Albertsons for their groceries. They also give bag credit (5 cents per bag) and have a 10% military discount off your groceries every 1st Saturday of the month. Lastly their rotisserie chicken & ribs from the deli are delicious! I really like this Albertson's. It's a bit of an older building and a bit cramped inside. However they offer a lot of really good fresh produce and a wide selection of foods. I'm in Clovis a few times a month for business. This is where I stock up on my yogurts and sandwich fixins for my room. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The lines can be long after 5 pm but the checkers and baggers are very friendly. The parking lot is also a bit crowded and watch yourself for safety some people drive way too fast through that little parking lot. Overall I think its the best choice for produce locally. read more

This is probably the best grocery store in Clovis. After their recent remodel it looks great, their prices are lower than everywhere else and they added the only Starbucks in Clovis unless you have access to base. Just beware it does get busy in the afternoons and on weekends. read more

There are not too many grocer options in Clovis and I find that produce at most places is quick to spoil, moldy, or not restocked frequently enough. Albertsons always comes through for me in the produce department. When it is fresher it is longer lasting making produce more affordable at Albertsons. Albertsons also has a wider selection of foods for special recipes. The staff is really nice too. read more

I love shopping at the Albertsons, I come almost everyday. The selection is the best in town. However, on several occasions I've overheard many employees in the front end complaining about a manager named Danielle. From what I've heard, she doesn't sound like the most pleasant person in the world. It's unfortunate to hear that some of them are having a difficult time at work because they are all so pleasant! My first step is always Starbucks. It's one of my favorite places in town to get a good coffee. The Starbucks girls are always so prompt and friendly. My drink is delicious and accurate every single time I visit! The same cannot be said at the standalone Starbucks. Keep up the good work! read more

Albertsons is my "go to" for produce when I am shopping in Clovis. They have the best selection of fresh produce in town. I also like to shop here because the staff is very friendly and helpful. The checker is always willing to visit and joke with me as I checkout. Overall, the only downside to shopping at Albertsons is the price, they are a bit more expensive for some things, but sometimes the improved quality is worth it. read more

Albertsons Clovis, NM: I think it's hit or miss, as far as the cashiers go. mostly I get a polite cashier, but lately I have been getting grumpy old women cashiers who have control issues. One assumed I was under aged, and rudely demanded my drivers license, even before she started checking me out. I am well over 40. These experiences make me want to go to Walmart and not have to deal with that bossy attitude. I had one in particular today that was ordering me to push my cart forward. I don't mid having to push my cart forward at the check out lane, especially because we need to stay 6 feet apart, but its all in the way you ask and most people do not respond well to taking orders from cashiers and those in the customer service industry. There was no one behind me, no line, so I did not see the point at barking an order at a paying customer. She muffled her order at me behind her mask, and expected me to understand, them ordered in Spanish assuming I did not speak English, them barked again. I only pushed it a couple of inches forward. That seemed to make her even bossier. If any managers are reading this, I understand the pandemic issue might have some people on edge, but tell your older cashiers not to take out their control freak aggression on customers. We are keeping you in business, not the other way around. read more

The checkout lanes are sooooo slow. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Their express checkout is also a joke. Old store, not enough room for baskets to stand in line which they need. read more
