Worst pharmacy I've ever been to and I used to work for it. Uncaring, unprofessional staff with unreasonably long wait times and errors among staff. I was on hold for a total of 20 minutes after calling several times to wait and be hung up on until I finally got ahold of someone in the front who had to walk to the back and tell them to answer the phone, to be told it would be atleast an hour and a half for a single prescription. (They'll be closed in an hour and a half btw). This pharmacy has gone to shit with the new pharmacy manager and it has become a LITERAL joke among doctors' offices and other pharmacies, who make fun of how awful they are. Do better Walgreens, care about your patients. read more

Not open on Saturday or Sunday??? WHY? Do people not get sick or get released on fridays from hospitals ??? It's a pharmacy should open at least a few hours on weekends .... Just a shame small town small mindsets I guess. read more

Forced to use Walgreens pharmacy by Tricare insurance and the hours are ridiculous 10-6 and they close from 1:30-2:00 for a "break". Employees aren't helpful or kind, terrible all around!! read more

I was a little wary of shopping in this store after reading all the reviews. However, I needn't have worried. The staff were helpful, polite and professional. l had been given a call by the pharmacist to say my prescription was ready, and I waited only two minutes to be served. My experience in this Walgreens was enjoyable and positive. I will certainly shop there again when we are in town. read more

Do NOT use Walgreens Pharmacy? Horrible!!! I had surgery today. The doctor wanted me to start pain meds tonight. When I went to get the Rx, five ours later, I was told it would not be available until tomorrow. I undetstand they are short handed, but not contacting the person so they can make other arrangements is not acceptable or good business. Use WalMart or Roden Smith. read more

Well I know it's just a Walgreens, and I'm not prone to reviewing chain stores, but this was wonderful what happened today. We were looking for a particular cold remedy and it must be very popular because in all three sizes it appeared to be sold out. Well that's good we're going for a popular product. But we came to the front counter and I asked the lady, Liz, if she could help us find that or if there was any in back. She recognized the product immediately went down the aisle and found this one that was I like to say hidden in plain sight. 40 minutes and still waiting in line at the pharmacy. Of the 5 employees on hand, two were brand new, two were filling prescriptions, one was working the window. Poor new employees had no clue what they were doing. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life. I have never met such unfriendly, rude, uncaring staff. I only regret that I can not give them a score lower than a one. I live in rural NM nearly an hour and half away and called the pharmacy and was told that I had an electronic script but was informed it would need to be a written script. My physician, apparently knowing their total incompetence and ineptness, foresaw their ignorance so he wrote a back up written script. I took a day off work and brought my written script the next day. The very rude pharmacy tech and the pharmacist who didn't even have the common courtesy to speak to me refused the written script and said they would have to make a simple call and use the electronic script. The store manager heard my exchange and totally ignored me and walked off. I sat for over 6 hours waiting for them to simply make a call and provide my medication without a single apology or sign of any contrition even though they knew I had a return drive of an hour and a half. All they would rudely say is - we are busy and there of sick people (referring to employees). Never ever will I recommend this pharmacy to anyone and it is growingly unlikely that I can trust any Walgreens. I understand we are living in a pandemic. I understand waiting in line. I understand verifying prescriptions. I don't understand being given plainly false information and then acting like we are lying. I don't understand the unprofessionalism of the Pharm techs or the pharmacist but maybe the state pharmacy board will when they receive my complaints or maybe Walgreen corporate will be able to explain to me (a doctor) their total disregard for professionalism, courtesy, customer service, client communication, and incompetency. This Walgreens is the epitome of the worst that any pharmacy could be. read more

I have never had such bad luck with a pharmacy. I've been here only 3 months and every single time I have been there they had something messed up. They have the MOST rude employees I have ever been around. I understand they are in control of so much and other things they can't control but all they did is make me feel like crap and like I'm the wrong one. Was denied my prescription the last 5 times I was there, and the last time I called I was told I was going to be transferred to someone who could explain the problem, and they just kept me on the phone, not even on hold, she was just talking with other customers for five minutes and then hung up. read more

Pharmacy sucks. They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will be ready. Dropped off a prescription today at 1:30pm and didn't know it wasn't signed by dr. They told me it would be ready by 3:30 pm. Sent my husband to pick it up at 4:30 giving them an extra hour because like I said they never have it ready at the time they say it will be. They tell him it was already picked up, neither of us picked it up. They then tell us the prescription wasn't signed by the dr. Well I wish I knew this 3 hours ago instead of now when I'm in fuckin pain and need the meds!! Isn't it their job to call when things like that happen? Went to er and got the prescription signed only to go back to Walgreens wait in their ridiculous line and be told they ran out of that medicine. ‍ Pharmacy workers are rude. Great store, great service, it's clean. The staff are friendly and its ooen 24hrs. The prices are slightly higger than walmart.. but its worth it..sooo worth it. I would recommend to all! read more

This pharmacy takes forever. I dropped off a prescription at 1pm they said it would be ready at 3pm. Two hours really. Then I waited in line for 45 minutes. Roden Smith is so much quicker, dropped off there and they have it ready in 15 minutes! Never going back to Walgreens again. read more

Nicely maintained inside. Pharmacy slow but it's probably the volume. The quality of the meds is VERY good. Front sidewalk needs a thorough power spray, it's filthy. Gives you a bad impression before going in. Wonderfully friendly lady in liquor section that sang me Happy Birthday! Nice friendly staff. read more

I have literally lost count how many times this pharmacy has screwed up my refill...a REFILL! Not a new or obscure medication...a REFILL. It is unbelievable. I hate having so few choices when it comes to this kind of expense since competition weeds out incompetence. read more
