Despite several tables finishing and leaving, those scissors never arrived. The floor was noticeably dirty, which didn't add to the dining experience. Overall, the food is solid, but the management really needs to step up when it comes to service standards and general cleanliness. There's potential here--but right now, it's not quite living up to it.
