We were set promptly upon entering in our server who was a younger guy was quick to help us. He kept the drinks full offered suggestions great service. The first time we went, we had the personal size barbecue chicken pizza so good We also had the steak Frida's, which were crispy fries, and steak pieces which we loved very much Spending a artichoke dip and nachos were also tried and let me tell you both very good A great place to go to watch the game or hang out area was clean. First time here and I don't know why I've never been here!! Close to home. Came on a Monday for Monday 1/2 price pizza. It's not really advertised but you don't have to ask for the 1/2 price. They take reservations...love that! Gets pretty crowded on Monday so make the resys!! Place is comfortable and open. They have a patio but it wasn't a good patio night. I was pleasantly surprised - our server was the best server I've had out in a long long time. The male food runners were great too. We got the Brussels salad with bacon, cherries and feta as an appetizer and it was so good. It was warm and the honey siracha was sweet not spicy and there was a ton to share. Came for dinner with 2 friends on a Saturday before going out for the night! We got here around 5/530 and were seated right away but when we left there was quite a few groups waiting. A lot of members of my family dine here or get take out pretty consistently so I was excited to finally give it a try. The waitress was super friendly and checked in on us the perfect amount of time! The food was all brought out in a timely manner as well. Lots of TVs playing all kinds of sports so this is definitely a great spot to catch a game. As for food, I went for the fresh fried mozzarella and a side salad add grilled chicken. The mozz was sooo good. Loved the balsamic glaze drizzled on top. The salad was fine! We had Mia as our server and she did an amazing job. Loved the cheese bread, the marinara sauce with it was well balanced, the cheese bread itself was cheesy, look at the cheese pull. The frickles were good, cooked nicely. The ranch was excellent. My husband and I split the Drunkin Fish and Chips but got the house made chips instead of fries. Everything was cooked beautifully. My only critique would be that for a tap house I feel like the beer could have been featured better with more descriptions and maybe a little more variety. A frustrating experience when I came to lunch with several friends, there were 10 or us. The service is just so slow it is maddening. This isn't slow like - just relax - you're here with friends - it's slow like - is anyone ever going to take our order, bring us a drink or bring us our food? It's pretty irritating to sit at a table with nothing on it and wait for anyone to come by and ask us what we want to drink. Then when we finally did order a drink - (waters, beers, pops & coffees), where are they and where is she? Finally she returns with drinks - disappears again. Everyone is getting mad - we just want to order some food. Once our food order is placed we wait again a lot more. The food came out in shifts - poor kitchen management? I don't know. I ordered the Southwest Eggrolls that sounded delicious, but when they finally showed up they were undercooked and awful. I was finally able to send them back and the waitress promised they'd be cooked some more. In the meantime food was slowly coming out. One of the guests meal literally came after everyone was finally done eating - not kidding. Poor guy sat there and watched all of us eat - he was a saint. Waitress kept promising it was 'almost ready'. My eggrolls came back out - still not good. I just decided not to eat them. No one was happy when we left. This is my second try here, I won't be back. First time dining here. The inside decor is absolutely amazing. They have a beautiful bar with a very comfortable seating. A great housemaid scratch menu. Best fish sandwich I've had in a long time. Tartar sauce is amazing. House chips are good. Fries are good. Primo melt is just delicious with high-end deli meats, crunchy Parmesan crusted grilled bread on the outside. A must have. Found this spot on the way across town. Large restaurant with many tvs inside playing multiple sporting events. I can only imagine the crowd for a big game! We sat ourslef near the open door for the patio since it was a beautiful day. Lots of beers on tap, and bottles, etc. they had strawberry m43 on tap and Sam Adams cherry wheat. Available in tall or short. Had the ale and eddies steak sandwich without cheese. It came with sausage, giordano peppers, and au jus. Like a hot dipped beef and just as tasty. I was able to get a salad with it also! (I know- so healthy right) lol. Courtney was our server, and gave good service without being at our table all the time . My parents rave about this restaurant all the time, so I figured I'd have to try it for myself! My friends and I came here on a Saturday evening without a reservation and were able to be seated right away. We did come a bit early though, around 5pm, and it did seem to get a lot busier as we were leaving. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was casual and inviting. To eat, I ended up ordering the calamari, which was my favorite pick of the night! It was served with a cilantro lime crema and was so tender and delicious. I also ordered a Caesar side salad, and it was actually a great size for being a side salad. I had a good time here! Solid bar, restaurant, and atmosphere. This place is huge and I was not expecting that considering the parking lot (which was packed by the way - be prepared to potentially park far back). Staff is friendly enough and our server was green but mostly on top of it. The restaurant was maybe 40% full with large tables being seated. We came in as six adults and two kids and it turned out great for a larger group. Lots of TVs so it's perfect for a game or match day. It took a few minutes to get greeted, but once we were, everything came quickly which is a huge plus. The table split an order of buffalo chicken wings and they were a hit. We all had one with a few extras. Honestly, it was the biggest chicken wings app for $8 and I definitely recommend them. I ordered the southwest salad for my meal and it was huge and tasty. I just wish it was in a different bowl because the angle made it hard to mix and eat (for me at least). The dressing was really good too and the toppings hit the spot. Everyone else seemed to really enjoy their meals as well. My parents loved the French fries and they each got a burger that they liked. My husband got a Cobb salad but it was all chopped separately and spread onto a plate and definitely should've been in a bowl so be sure to request one if you order it lol. The Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts and their Steak Bites are uncannily good. I can't tell you which I loved more, but if you're with a group I suggest getting both. Ale & Eddies tells you who they are in the name: they have ales (and other brews), with quite a few excellent options on tap. They also frame themselves as a brew pub with small plate/tapas offerings. This is where I feel a need to clarify, since "small plates" is misleading: they're pretty darn big plates. Two us decided to pick through the small plate offerings and split 3 of them, thinking there would be just enough for both of us. We ordered pierogies, soft pretzels, and soft tacos, with a side of parmesan garlic fries. Each is in the $10-$14 range (and $5 for the fries), and each one is substantial enough that they could serve as a small meal. The pretzels are thick soft pretzel rods with everything bagel seasoning. They're served with a honey mustard dip and a mild cheese dip. You'll probably find yourself alternating between them, since they're both good. The pierogies are cheesy and served with sour cream. They're topped with a robust sauerkraut that works well with them. The steak tacos are stuffed with good quality beef and a blend of vegetables and beans, with a crema drizzled on top. What they need are salsa of some kind, but they're good like this. The tortilla chips served on the side are crispy, and taste like they came from Mexican Town. The fries weren't what I expected when I read "garlic parmesan fries": shaved parmesano reggiano is partly melted in clumps on top of the fries. A dusting of dried parmesan would have been easier to eat, but they were tasty. The total cost for all that was not bad, and there was plenty remaining to take home later. This seemed to be true of everything else on the menu: you get large portions for a reasonable price. This also extended to the drinks. There are about 20 beers on tap, ranging from megabrewery beers to great Michigan brews, like Two Hearted Ale and M-43. The mixed drinks are strong, too. A friend who always gets top shelf Long Island Iced Teas declared this to be the best one she's ever had. And, the service was good. The use a team approach, where you don't have to wait for the server to find time to bring your food out. This is a sign of a well-managed business, focused on the customer. I'm not surprised that they were busy in the early evening on a Tuesday. The folks around here are in on something really great here. read more

The waitress noticed I barely ate my food so she asked if I didn't liked it and offered to comp it, no questions asked. I appreciated that. Overall, I'm still willing to give this place another try as I saw other dishes that looked so good. But so far, not impressed. This place has so much potential! Ordered takeout from here: pizza, brisket burger, garlic Parmesan fries, and mozzarella medallions. Everything tastes fresh but sorely lacks in flavor. The mozzarella medallions had fresh mozzarella cheese and a balsamic glaze on it that was delicious- but the breading had noticeably zero flavor. If they could add some seasoning to the breading, it would be fantastic. The fries were just meh and definitely undercooked. The pizza was good but needed a little more sauce. The brisket burger tasted quality- but again could use some flavor. I don't think any seasoning was used on the food. Overall, I would definitely eat here again. There were many things on the menu that I wanted to try. I am hoping there isn't a consistent lack of flavor as that would be a deal breaker for me. I will definitely be trying the pirogies next time and I'll probably ask for fries well done. Looking forward to giving this place a second try. read more

Big group for a Monday night birthday dinner for my grandma. We had a reservation so we were seated promptly. Place was super busy for a Monday night but had a cool sit down bar vibe. I ended up eating 2 but brought the other one home and made it for dinner the day later still just as good. My fiancé got the prime rib sliders, he loved them! The au jus was scrumptious and having the sliders with the prime rib was key for dunking I think if it was a burger style it would all fall apart while you dip.
