This is one of two physical locations in California at the moment, and walking in feels like visiting an art exhibit. Each location is unique, and I feel that the installment at the South Coast location is fairly interesting. There's always a ton of different collections out on display that you can try on, and workers all around if you have questions. From my experience, they've always been kind and helpful, and you can always be in touch with a sales associate if a particular frame is sold out and you want to stay updated when they get one in stock! You can always come in whenever you want as well to get your frames adjusted which is convenient, as sometimes mine would get loose and I can just come in and be serviced. While the price may seem high, I believe that the quality of every frame is high up there, added with service and uniqueness, it all is a worth while investment and small luxury upgrade.

When I went back to return them, she denied responsibility, claimed she "didn't remember," and then doubled down by saying they were "damaged." The manager was very rude, accused me of damaging them myself, and backed Brenda instead of correcting the mistake. I was refused a refund even though I had my receipt and the original card. To make things worse, they kept my receipt, leaving me completely stuck with a product I didn't want and no way to return it at another location. On top of that, this all happened while I was on my way to a funeral it completely ruined my day and turned an already difficult situation into an awful one. The only positive was an employee I dealt with the week prior, who actually tried to help me and would have processed the refund if I had the physical card with me at the time. Bottom line: dishonest staff, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Avoid this store at all costs unless you want to get stuck with the wrong product and no refund.

He didn't offer any meaningful assistance or inform me that darker lenses might be available through special order. For a main Ray-Ban store, I was surprised by the lack of available options. I ended up purchasing the glasses even though they weren't in my preferred color, mainly because there was no guidance or recommendation provided. He simply said they didn't have that lens color in stock. He even handed me a display item, which made the experience feel even less professional. What was most frustrating is that I later ordered the exact style I wanted with black lenses through the website. Despite knowing I was specifically looking for darker lenses, he never suggested ordering online or offered any alternative solutions. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and as an Asian customer, his attitude made me feel uncomfortable and possibly discriminated against. He also showed the unhappy face, cant believe this store had very bad customer services.
