No one asked what we wanted, and Curly Red only grudgingly answered my husband when he asked if it was ok to look around. ("Um.....it is. Sure." she said, with a chill and without a smile.) I've never felt more unwelcome anywhere. I assumed Colorsmith was a business (reaffirmed by their website)--where anyone who had interest enough to walk in was greeted with warmth and grace, if for no other reason (such as fundamental civility) than the understanding that potential clients can become actual clients.
