Staff were nice as expected at a resort. Tables were clean and the drinks and food, kids PB J, fish tacos and burger were fresh and tasty. View was nice too! It was windy and my son's smoothy blew over, they helped wipe the mess and offered a lid for the cup. Prices were a bit high.

For poolside service, Solrisa was pretty good. The service was even better. Our server would check in and apologized when they were running slow (a Saturday in the summer was packed).

Pool service and an outdoor dining area at Hilton Mission Bay. The menu is on the pricier side but you ARE laying by the pool, in a lounge chair, soaking up the sun, and getting waited on. The Chips, Salsa & Guacamole were good sized portions, the guacamole was freshly made and very tasty. I tried The Caribbean frozen cocktail and it was OMG delicious and refreshing.

    Deliciousness!

The fish tacos and guac from Doug were AMAZING. And Steve behind the bar makes the best cocktails! You won't be disappointed!

The duck was also cooked perfectly with a crispy seasoned skin that was spot on. We ordered the crispy mushrooms. Not what we expected but so good we ordered another dish with our dinner. We had the Basque Cheesecake and the Crème Brûlée. Both were outstanding. The restaurant itself has a rich mahogany feel and comfortable booths. Our waiter was always checking on us and making sure we had everything we need The family had a great first experience and will be back for more! Cheers!

Their locals are both actually local but also have many out of town regulars like us since so many travel to enjoy the amazingness of San Diego. We try to stay as close to Moe's as we can when we visit because they're in the perfect spot at the edge of Mission and the start of Pacific Beach where all the fun is. The food and cocktails are as good as the service. It's easy to chat up a new friend at the bar because their San Diego happiness is contagious. There were a number of new recipes on the cocktail menu this trip. They had me at "Party With Elvis." Although I was drawn to the fun name, the walnut-infused bourbon was too enticing to pass up, especially because they paired it with Montenegro (Amaro) and sweet vermouth. So it's a fancy Manhattan variation. It was delish!!!!!! Make sure when you go to the amazing beaches next time in SD, check out Moe's. You'll love the food and cocktails as much as the vibe. What a nice restaurant to enjoy a really lovely dinner at in Ocean Beach! Walking up with my…read moredaughter and my doodle , we asked if there was room on their patio and there was a lovely table with umbrella on the corner. It had turf underneath all tables along the street side and was shaded well for both hoomans and dog! The server quickly wiped the table and was friendly in asking about drinks , while we immersed in the menu - much inspired by New Zealand. She was great the entire time we were there. She came by just enough to check in to get the "nodding yes with our our heads as mouths full " affirmation she needed that all was well. So- I had the Blazin' Ahi and it was absolutely delicious! The ahi , a fave of mine anyway but with the seared with panko covering it and the wasabi mayo and peas and cucumbers? Chef's kiss! Will go next time we are there in late summer and highly recommend!

M. ordered the Wagyu burger with matchstick fries & I got the New Zealand Classic breakfast with chicken sausage. Waters were brought out quickly for us, including Cali. I later ordered a mimosa & it came out quickly as well. There's a special on mimosas on Saturday & Sunday from 10-2. They start at $1 at 10am and the price goes up incrementally until 2pm when they're $9. (My mimosa was $6.) The food took a bit longer, about twenty minutes, to be delivered. I liked my breakfast very much. Everything was tasty & I enjoyed having little bits of different things to nosh on. M. said his burger was very good, he only wished that it was a bit bigger for the price. Service was fine & friendly. Overall, this was a pleasant experience. Great people watching and great weather helped to enhance this brunch even more. Peace.

The bun was soft, the fries were solid, and the onion rings were actually really good too. Portion size was great and the whole meal felt worth it. The onion rings did not come with the ranch that it was advertised to come with. The onion rings had a thick crunchy batter that was very chewy, which wasn't great. This combined with the fact that the piece of onion inside was the smallest thinnest piece of onion, just made it seem like it was chewing fried batter. The pizza appeared old and sad. I would've taken a picture but I threw it away too fast. I couldn't take more than 3 bites. The smash burger and cheesesteak were the better items. The meat was flavored well, and they were decent size. The smash burger i would say was a solid 7.8. I do wish the cheesesteak had a bit more cheese, seeing as that's the point of it. The downside to both these things was the bread/buns which were chewy and dry, leading me to see a theme with "Doughboy's". The wings (buffalo) were good to me, good flavor, good amount of sauce. My friend wished they were crispier, but I was just glad they had good flavor. Lastly, the cinnamon roll. Advertised as "Big texas cinnamon roll" on Doordash. It's a regular dollar store, packaged in plastic, 99¢ cinnamon roll. Maybe it's my fault for not knowing the brand of packaged rolls but I expected something different. If i was in the area i would go back for the smashburger and wings, but I think there's better places in SD to get all of these things in my opinion.
