I showed him my current car (which I was selling) and explained exactly how I wanted the leather seats in my new car to look. He personally inspected my vehicle, including the backseat, so there was no confusion about what I wanted. When I got my car back, the back seats were not done the way I had clearly specified. I brought the car back and explained the issue, but instead of addressing it, he argued that the work matched what I had requested. I reiterated that this was not correct--we had provided photos and he had even seen the original seats in person. On top of this the dealership, de Paula did not do anything either. I brought my 2018 Tahoe in for what should have been a straightforward audio-related job--upgrading and properly routing power and ground wiring for my system. Instead, this turned into a much bigger issue. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately started experiencing electrical problems that were never present before. My voltage was dropping dangerously low, my stereo system began cutting out, my amp failed, and even unrelated components like my fog lights started acting inconsistently. When I brought the vehicle back, instead of taking accountability, I was told my amp was bad and ended up purchasing a replacement through them. I was also advised that my alternator might be the issue--despite my Tahoe only having around 66k miles--so I spent additional money replacing that as well. None of this resolved the core problem. To make matters worse, when I scanned my vehicle myself, I found multiple BCM (Body Control Module) faults that appeared after they worked on it--something I never had prior. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with them, including reaching out again today after being told the owner would speak with me. Instead, I was told he was unavailable and "getting on a plane," which felt like just another excuse and more runaround. At this point, I'm left with a vehicle that has ongoing electrical issues, money spent on parts I likely didn't need, and no accountability from the shop that caused the problem in the first place. I strongly recommend anyone considering this shop proceed with caution. What started as a simple install turned into a costly and stressful situation with no resolution.

Stopped by the local Harley dealership and they quickly referred me to this place and once I arrived I see why. Upon arriving and letting the technician know my issue fully expecting them to say they were swamped and wouldn't be able to look at my bike they instead said no problem let's take a look! The guys were incredibly knowledgeable about what we wanted (something extra loud of course) and hooked me up right then and there! Now after a couple of installs on my Cars (Mercedes Benzs') and my partners and friends cars, he never stops giving the best advice and work in the area. His knowledge his top of the class. You dont have to own a Mercedes to get a quality install, he treats all his customers with the exact same respect and understanding. His product mix is chosen by him and not the companies that bang on everyone else's doors. He only deals with companies that support the equipment that he features. The best part of his business mantra is if you need it installed it doesn't matter if you bought it from him or not. You will get the same attention to detail. He doesn't just shove it out the door, he takes time and tunes it for the best quality. One of the best part about his shop is he does custom work, wheels, kits, starters , alarms and video what ever you need to make your ride yours. I have been in the sound business almost my entire life. My father and his partner designed the O.G. sound system for SPAC, The Rafters, Sneaky Pete's and even Studio 54. I personally was the first IASCA Head Judge in upstate New York back in the early 90's. I know my stuff and so does Jesse. Upon arrival ( I was the first customer there) I was told it would be 2 to 4 hours. I didn't have anyone available to pick me up so I waited for the car to be done. Two other customers arrived after me and had their cars back before mine was complete. Both had problems with the installation and were back within minutes for the issues to be corrected. The guys seem more concerned with joking around in the shop then actually completing the remote starter installation. Other places might be more expensive, but this kind of mistreatment is not worth the bit it saves. It's been over 4 hours and I'm still waiting for my car. No idea if it will work the first time.
