The other side was completely untouched. I am highly disappointed & will be canceling both memberships for both my vehicles.

It just seems like a no brainer to purchase the monthly plan for $17.99 with no strings attached and you can cancel and reactive at any time. I recommend you check out this wash if you are in the area. You can get a single wash or opt to subscribe to the monthly wash and you are billed automatically. And this membership is good at all locations. I love it. The vacuums are the best too! You have two hose options... for those heavy duty cleanings and one for those hard to reach places. (Scraatch) My sunroof had so many spots because they never dried the roof of my car. I spent $40 just to have to go home and re-do my car. I do NOT recommend taking your vehicle to this place.
