He said he didn't have any at the moment and told me to go to the office to get one. When I went inside, he took my cloth, threw it in the used bucket, and then took a dirty cloth from the same bucket and tried to give it to me. When I told him I wanted a new, clean cloth, he insisted that the dirty one was "the same." I explained that he had taken it from the used bucket. Only then he gave me a clean one -- and then, shockingly, he told me: "Don't come here again, bitch." I replied, "What did you just say?" because I couldn't believe the disrespect. The employee's name is Melvin. This behavior is completely unprofessional, insulting, and unacceptable.

They let it sit until they are done with the vehicle ahead of you (water spots) and then they dry it with what appear to be old dish rags. (Scraatch) My sunroof had so many spots because they never dried the roof of my car. I spent $40 just to have to go home and re-do my car. I do NOT recommend taking your vehicle to this place.
