I let it go because I do have 2 dogs & I know how difficult getting dog hair out can be. You can never get rid of it completely, but today, I got a detail, paid extra for the interior to be dusted & all the good quirks, only to see that ONE SIDE of my back seat was detailed. The other side was completely untouched. I am highly disappointed & will be canceling both memberships for both my vehicles.

Good evening, Blue Hippo,…read more I've been a longtime customer of Blue Hippo Car Wash, and they continue to impress me. The facility is always clean and well-organized, and the equipment is reliable, making every visit smooth and hassle-free. I come from a Southern California full-service car wash family, so I know what great service looks like. That's why I especially appreciate the friendly, hardworking young team. Their enthusiasm and professionalism are genuine. It's also great to see so many familiar faces over the years; the strong employee retention says a lot about the leadership and workplace culture. I encourage Blue Hippo to continue doing all they can to attract, develop, and retain employees of this caliber--they are a significant part of what makes the customer experience so positive. Blue Hippo also offers unique products and services that you won't find elsewhere, providing real added value for customers. It's refreshing to see a business that consistently delivers quality, reliability, and outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work.

I am not sure if this is the energy they learn to give in training, but I love it. This location itself is a bit smaller than the others I have visited, the but the quality of the wash and the availability ... never a wait in line is on point. I opted to purchase the monthly plan, since I love to wash my cars quite often. I did the math, paying $7 a week maybe more at times. It just seems like a no brainer to purchase the monthly plan for $17.99 with no strings attached and you can cancel and reactive at any time. I recommend you check out this wash if you are in the area. You can get a single wash or opt to subscribe to the monthly wash and you are billed automatically. And this membership is good at all locations. I love it. The vacuums are the best too! You have two hose options... for those heavy duty cleanings and one for those hard to reach places. Inside, I believe you can purchase other car care needs such as air freshners and tire cleaner. Great job with this chain! Have fun and enjoy life :)
