You can never get rid of it completely, but today, I got a detail, paid extra for the interior to be dusted & all the good quirks, only to see that ONE SIDE of my back seat was detailed. The other side was completely untouched. I am highly disappointed & will be canceling both memberships for both my vehicles.

I also appreciate that they have a power washer which they use to get extra dirt and grime off of the car before it goes through the wash. The wash included a basic wash, an underbody rinse, wheel cleaning, and an HP Rinse. Overall, the wash was what I would expect from a drive-thru service, and my car left cleaner than when it arrived. The attendant at the start did very little pre-prep; more attention there might have improved the final result. I appreciated the free vacuums and window cleaner provided; however, it would be helpful to have a cleaning solution available for wiping down the inside of the car as well.
