The inside was Armour All after cleaning. The seats were cleaned and treated. Tires were shined and the silver part on the outside of where the tires are was cleaned and shined. I don't know what the part is called behind the tire cover the part is big and round, even that was cleaned. My windows were cleaned and treated with RainX. A ceramic coat was applied to protect the paint. He also removed and washed the mats. He did absolutely an amazing job. I highly recommend doing business with him. Currently he doesn't have a shop. He can come to your home or you can meet him at his home. The price was reasonable.

They used it for the first 3 months (rainy season) and then left it sitting for the next 4 months. While it sat, wet from the rain they'd brought in, it got covered in mold. Every single square inch was COVERED in black mold, down to the metal. I honestly thought the truck was completely ruined. This shop was amazing from beginning to finish. They picked up the truck for me because it was unsafe for my son and I to be in it, they were genuinely concerned about if I would have enough food to last until they were able to finish it. They did everything they could to work with my budget, and kept me updated every step along they way. They were so nice, and made an incredibly stressful situation not completely miserable. When their work was done, they brought it back to me and it was SPOTLESS. It honestly looked like new, I've never seen it look that good. They didn't just clean the upholstery, they legitimately did a full mold remediation for me. I can't thank them enough. It really meant so much to me to have people care so much about my situation and my family's safety. They're wonderful, and can't recommend them enough.

I appreciate the fact he had a next day availability, flexible time, along with an affordable price. I expressed that I would pay $50 more (and I did) to ensure my vehicle is detailed properly. On the day of service, he saw my car and I again shared my expectations. His initial feedback was that my car is an easy job to detail ( but yet, after he completed the work they were many areas that were not effectively addressed. When I showed him areas that I was not satisfied with, that's when the correct tools and cleaning solution was applied.) Overall, I received a decent quality internal detail. The lingering pet odor in my car is no longer present. In my opinion I would preferred there was initially a higher degree of ownership or pride in ensuring my seats were properly shampooed, steamed, and cleaned. It would have been nice to receive a complimentary external wash considering the extra $50 I paid. Total I paid: $200. Pros: -He was early and got it done within 2 hours from the booked time we agreed on. -Scent was nice! -Very kind individual. Very respectful. Cons: -Love that you were early (which is why I tipped) but I think you rushed a bit. There is still a light vomit scent as well as small amounts that were not cleaned up and missed. -Scent is great, but please let people know what scents you're using. I like it, but because I use this vehicle to transport multiple people, someone might be allergic depending on what you're using. I also didn't get the option to choose what scent I wanted, but I also didn't ask either. -at the end, you had a bit of trouble with a proper payment system. Cashapp and apple pay are the way to go, but you didn't have either one available for yourself. Paypal, zelle or even getting a square tap device would help you better. Happens often, but if I didn't have multiple ways of payment it would have delayed your time to get to your next customer trying to figure things out. Always be prepared!
