Took my bmw in to get serviced at the dealership. Asked their detailers if they could fix any of my vehicles swirls/ other blemishes. They said there is nothing they can do. The next day I did some research on google and found Reliable Auto Detailing. Spoke with Terrance and he suggested bringing it in for him to diagnose the paint. Upon arriving, he walked me through the paint correction process and told me the expectations when it would be completed. I dropped the bmw off on Thursday around 4pm and she was ready for pick up on Saturday 4pm. Results: Exceeded Expectations... the minor swirls and the overall color of the car was corrected. Going in, my bmw had swirls/light scratches and the overall appearance looked grey. Returning on Saturday my car had that deep black gloss again and light scratches were mostly hidden. Also the worst areas on my hood and trunk where the clear coat was thinnest looked a whole lot better! He also cleaned my seatbelts which were covered in stains. So, compound, claybar, buff, wax and a paint sealer my total was around $319 before tip. I thought it was worth it at the time. EDIT: after a week and a half, the car has already lost most of the shine from the detailing. Couple days of rain and all the hard work looks like it washed off :/. Auto Detailing Consumer BE AWARE I was searching in Virginia Beach for a car detailing company preferably black owned business. Then after looking at some reviews I thought I was coming to the perfect place ... but I was terribly wrong. Not trying to throw shade at this business but they really need to try to do better. I set my appointment for 9 AM today to get my car fully detailed and deep cleaned on the interior only, as I dropped my car off the owner tells me that I will be picking up my car around 5:30 PM which I was understanding about because I definitely wanted my car to come out squeaky clean on the inside. I called at 3 P.m to see if my car was finished up but he politely told me that my car was still being worked on. I arrived there at 5:15 and at my disbelief they were still working on my car which my car wasn't "done" until 6:15 I took a look at the inside of my car & it looked the same way it did when I brought it to them, if I could post a picture I would Im very disappointed because I didn't get what I asked for and my car smells so disgusting like dirty water smh I'll never come to this place again So Be aware Consumers read more

I had the interior of my fiancé's car detailed as a Christmas present. His seats had many coffee stains, dirt , and grime on it. I'm not 100% sure who worked on my car but I believe it was Terrance. The work did take a VERY long time but he did an AMAZING JOB. They set me up with coffee, breakfast bars, and Netflix while I waited in the office. I called on a whim to get my new vehicle detailed. From start to finish, this place was absolutely amazing! Their customer service is above the rest, I brought my 4 year old with me and they were nice enough to make sure he had a movie to watch while we waited. They would prefer that you not pay until after your car is finished and they refuse to let you leave until you are 100% satisfied with the quality of their work. I contacted this place because of the awesome reviews. To my dismay, I did not have a great experience. I called a day before and set up an appointment. I was told they would arrive at my destination between 230-330PM..GREAT..NO PROBLEM!! Well there was a problem. I was contacted at 315pm and was informed that they would arrive a few minutes late. No problem. I'm a patient person so this was not an issue...it wasn't an issue until they called me at 420pm...my apologies, it was 418pm, to tell me they had arrived and were in the parking lot of my hotel. I told them I was no longer interested in their service due to them being more than a few minutes late. The response: that's why we called you to tell you we would be a few minutes late"....wow...really? Since when has an hour and a few minutes been the same? Too through! The worst part? There was no mention of maybe taking a few dollars off for their tardiness. I guess the phone call was suppose to suffice.... My advice to the company: Next time, if you're going to be more than a few minutes late, be honest and allow the customer to decide if he or she still wants the service! I'm addition, if you're going to be that late, offer an incentive...$10 off, or something to keep the customer happy....not just a phone call if you know you're almost an hour behind. A few minutes, maybe even 30mins...but am hour???? Sheeeesh! read more

I am from out of town visiting Va Beach on vacation. A sealed chocolate milk was left in the truck all day. When we got back, the chocolate milk literally exploded everywhere. From under the seat to the windshield to the back glass. The smell was disgusting. I drove to Reliable Auto Detailing on Saturday morning and waited for them to open. Terrance met me at my truck and asked what he could do for me. He said he was pretty busy but come on inside and he would see if he could fit me in. Lucky me, he said he would make sure he gets it done before 4:00 pm when they close. He texted me when they were about an hour from being done. When I got back he said to check it out and make sure everything was good. Bottom line, my truck only looked this good 1 other time and that was the day that I bought it. I'm so happy that I made that extra commute.When I first entered, I was addressed by one of the workers, he was very friendly and extremely helpful. The owner came in and introduced himself, he was welcoming and understanding. Even though my two year dirtied up his furniture, he forgave us.
