Matt and team did an amazing job on my vette. I opted for the 'platinum package' which, while pricey, was certainly worth the cash - my car is honestly in showroom condition - hard to believe possible for a 25 year old vehicle! Needless to say, I have every intention of being my vehicles back to this establishment in the coming months! Thank you guys so much for your work!!! read more

Took my bmw in to get serviced at the dealership. Asked their detailers if they could fix any of my vehicles swirls/ other blemishes. They said there is nothing they can do. The next day I did some research on google and found Reliable Auto Detailing. Spoke with Terrance and he suggested bringing it in for him to diagnose the paint. Upon arriving, he walked me through the paint correction process and told me the expectations when it would be completed. I dropped the bmw off on Thursday around 4pm and she was ready for pick up on Saturday 4pm. Results: Exceeded Expectations... the minor swirls and the overall color of the car was corrected. Going in, my bmw had swirls/light scratches and the overall appearance looked grey. Returning on Saturday my car had that deep black gloss again and light scratches were mostly hidden. Also the worst areas on my hood and trunk where the clear coat was thinnest looked a whole lot better! He also cleaned my seatbelts which were covered in stains. So, compound, claybar, buff, wax and a paint sealer my total was around $319 before tip. I thought it was worth it at the time. EDIT: after a week and a half, the car has already lost most of the shine from the detailing. Couple days of rain and all the hard work looks like it washed off :/. I can see all the scratches again read more

Auto Detailing Consumer BE AWARE I was searching in Virginia Beach for a car detailing company preferably black owned business. Then after looking at some reviews I thought I was coming to the perfect place ... but I was terribly wrong. Not trying to throw shade at this business but they really need to try to do better. I set my appointment for 9 AM today to get my car fully detailed and deep cleaned on the interior only, as I dropped my car off the owner tells me that I will be picking up my car around 5:30 PM which I was understanding about because I definitely wanted my car to come out squeaky clean on the inside. I called at 3 P.m to see if my car was finished up but he politely told me that my car was still being worked on. I arrived there at 5:15 and at my disbelief they were still working on my car which my car wasn't "done" until 6:15 I took a look at the inside of my car & it looked the same way it did when I brought it to them, if I could post a picture I would Im very disappointed because I didn't get what I asked for and my car smells so disgusting like dirty water smh I'll never come to this place again So Be aware Consumers read more

I had the interior of my fiancé's car detailed as a Christmas present. His seats had many coffee stains, dirt , and grime on it. I'm not 100% sure who worked on my car but I believe it was Terrance. The work did take a VERY long time but he did an AMAZING JOB. They set me up with coffee, breakfast bars, and Netflix while I waited in the office. I was happy he really took him time for how great it turned out. Hard working guy. My fiancé is excited to come back from deployment to use it. read more

Reliable Auto Detailing - Before and after seat detailing - Auto Detailing Near Me - Virginia Beach, Virginia

Not sure if my daughters 2007 Jeep had ever been detailed but she has had it over a year and it needed much love as you can see from the pictures. I just stopped by to see how much it would cost to get the inside and out deep cleaned. Then a little over a month later I called to make the appointment and got in the next morning. Terence and his team exceeded my expectations and her Jeep looks nearly new! The staff is extremely friendly and professional! I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles. read more

Took my car & needless to say it was a mess. Kid had gotten sick in the backseat, dog hair everywhere & paint spilled in the front seat. When I picked up my car it was emasculate! They even got the paint out of the front seat. I never would have thought that was possible! Highly recommend!!!!! read more

They did a fantastic job on our Prius! We've had our car 5 years and this is the first time we've ever had it detailed. I was absolutely amazed at how clean they got it! That car has been through the ringer. Between traveling cross country with 2 dogs multiple times and long trips with our twin toddlers that car looked like one giant hairy stain. No more! I can actually have people in my car without apologizing. Definitely recommend. Plus, he got us in the same day we called! read more

wow. excellent service! They are very professional and they make me satisfied. Great job!

Terrance and his staff are one of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The job they did on my car is second to none, hands down! My car looks show room ready, and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Terence and his crew SAVED ME THOUSANDS!! I had left one of my windows down in a rainstorm and my passenger seat was soaked. I called 3 other detailers who said there wasn't anything they could do then the third one said, 'You need to call Reliable, they can help'. Very grateful for that advise. I drove down to their shop and met Terence. After looking at the seat he said that he was 100% sure he could take care of it for me. He called an Uber for me so I could get back to work and included the fee in my total (I really needed to get to work and didn't have an Uber app of my own). My husband and I were both amazed not only by awesome job they did of getting the seat dry but how professional and genuinely helpful they were. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. read more

I called on a whim to get my new vehicle detailed. From start to finish, this place was absolutely amazing! Their customer service is above the rest, I brought my 4 year old with me and they were nice enough to make sure he had a movie to watch while we waited. They would prefer that you not pay until after your car is finished and they refuse to let you leave until you are 100% satisfied with the quality of their work. My car looks more amazing than it did when I bought it, and even though I live in suffolk, I will continue to make the drive to Reliable anytime I need my car detailed. I can't say enough good things about this place!! read more

This company does a fantastic job!!! I have 4 kids and they manage to get my car looking better than new, inside and out. I've used them 4 or 5 times now and every time I'm extremely happy with the job they do. They come to my house too, which is very convenient. They're honest, reliable, and have excellent customer service in addition to doing a superb detail. read more

The guys were great! They showed up on a cold and rainy day, cheerful and polite, made my car look brand new on the inside, fixed a couple of minor misses with a smile and charged me a very reasonable amount. I will be using them again for sure! read more

I contacted this place because of the awesome reviews. To my dismay, I did not have a great experience. I called a day before and set up an appointment. I was told they would arrive at my destination between 230-330PM..GREAT..NO PROBLEM!! Well there was a problem. I was contacted at 315pm and was informed that they would arrive a few minutes late. No problem. I'm a patient person so this was not an issue...it wasn't an issue until they called me at 420pm...my apologies, it was 418pm, to tell me they had arrived and were in the parking lot of my hotel. I told them I was no longer interested in their service due to them being more than a few minutes late. The response: that's why we called you to tell you we would be a few minutes late"....wow...really? Since when has an hour and a few minutes been the same? Too through! The worst part? There was no mention of maybe taking a few dollars off for their tardiness. I guess the phone call was suppose to suffice.... My advice to the company: Next time, if you're going to be more than a few minutes late, be honest and allow the customer to decide if he or she still wants the service! I'm addition, if you're going to be that late, offer an incentive...$10 off, or something to keep the customer happy....not just a phone call if you know you're almost an hour behind. A few minutes, maybe even 30mins...but am hour???? Sheeeesh! read more

On Christmas Eve I had an unfortunate crockpot BBQ meatball spill in my mustang . I knew my car needed some serious cleaning or I would be stuck with the BBQ-y odor forever . I had never had my car detailed , but after some research I decided to go to reliable auto detailing . The experience was impressive . I mostly dealt with Terrance, who was extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable . He tailored the detailing to what I specifically needed and the price was very fair . He was quick to respond to my calls/texts and made sure to keep me in the know about my vehicle. He ensured not only timely completion of the job , but also that I was 100% satisfied with the result . Thanks to him and the rest of his team, my baby is clean and BBQ free! read more

This place did a great job with my truck! The staff was extremely friendly and professional, and I was able to get an appointment the morning after I called. I am from out of town visiting Va Beach on vacation. A sealed chocolate milk was left in the truck all day. When we got back, the chocolate milk literally exploded everywhere. From under the seat to the windshield to the back glass. The smell was disgusting. I drove to Reliable Auto Detailing on Saturday morning and waited for them to open. Terrance met me at my truck and asked what he could do for me. He said he was pretty busy but come on inside and he would see if he could fit me in. Lucky me, he said he would make sure he gets it done before 4:00 pm when they close. He texted me when they were about an hour from being done. When I got back he said to check it out and make sure everything was good. Bottom line, my truck only looked this good 1 other time and that was the day that I bought it. And yes it has been detailed before, but not like this. Inside, outside, it's great. Excellent work guys!!!! Thank you so much. read more

I created an account for the sole purpose of reviewing this company. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Very friendly and helpful over the phone, flexible scheduling, prices are fantastic, the work they do is even better (the reviewer who called them "miracle workers" is not exaggerating!), and on top of that they come to you - it doesn't get better than that. The only company I will use in Hampton Roads. read more

I'm a very satisfied customer. I drove to four other locations before finding this one. I'm so happy that I made that extra commute. When I first entered, I was addressed by one of the workers, he was very friendly and extremely helpful. The owner came in and introduced himself, he was welcoming and understanding. Even though my two year dirtied up his furniture, he forgave us. They just don't clean up cars but also clean Furniture as well. Lol but overall it was an amazing visit. He finished in time for me to go get my other son from school. I will be coming here for my services. read more
