This place is always on time takes around two hours. Before he came, it looks my chow mix dog got a haircut in my car multiple times, afterwards it looks like it is ready to sell. I have a hard to clean car. Believe me I've tried to clean it with the car wash vacuums and my dog's hair just sticks. The fact that they come to my house and work quietly is a lifesaver. read more

I have a newborn and don't feel comfortable going to a "get out of the car" car wash. I opted for a detailer to come to our home and BOY am I glad I took a chance with Jeev. I live in a new development that's still off the grid so Jeev called 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time to ensure he had accurate directions. He was punctual, polite, and very professional. The business triple threat! He left my SUV sparkling and so clean inside and out. I signed up for the silver monthly service and scheduled my husbands car to get cleaned as well. I would recommend Va Mobile for anyone who just wants to get their car professionally detailed and are too busy. Or for those who are high risk for COVID. Just because we are staying in the house more doesn't mean or paint job and clear coat should suffer. :) read more

I am absolutely over the moon with VA Mobile Detail and the work they did on my car. Last night I had a passenger spill some brown liquor all over my backseat and floorboard. I was devastated as my car smelled disgusting and there were visible brown stains on my grey interior. With a quick internet search I found this company and booked an appointment first thing the next morning. Jeev showed up early at my location and was very kind as I showed him the problem areas. After that I didn't have to worry about a thing. He did an amazing job! I was shocked at how quick he worked and how perfect my car looked afterwards. Most importantly to me the interior smelled fresh and clean. This was all taken care of before 11 AM. I am relieved and grateful that we have a company like this in the area. I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

Exterior wash looks great, minus black trim pieces, exhaust tips, partially detailed side walls of tires, never saw him do anything with clay bar. paid for the engine bay detail, site said "$49.99 extra 40 minutes" he literally sprayed degreaser on let it set for a minute then pressure washed my engine and closed the hood 3 mins tops, didn't wipe excess water off or anything just dropped the hood. interior, no vents cleaned, no carpet cleaning, no headliner either. armor-alled my all weather floor mats, I had to wipe the excess conditioner off my seats and armor all off my my weather mats. Scratched my gauge cluster, For $220, go somewhere else. My truck wasn't even that dirty.... 5800miles, 2019 year model. read more

My detailer, Jeev, did an amazing job and made my car look brand new again! I didn't even have to drive and wait at a shop they came straight to my house. No complaints. Will definitely use them again in the future. read more

This was my first experience with car detailing & am so happy I checked out VA Mobile Detail! I've had my Corolla for just about four years & it's seen a lot of use, but it looks so good now I almost feel like it's a new car. Jeev was my detailer & did an amazing job with the interior/exterior detail + light upholstery steaming. I think the price for the services was very fair and will definitely be going back again. read more

This is my first time using a mobile service and I would say it's the most convenient way to get your car washed! The detailers did a great cleaning my car today. It's worth a try! read more

I would love to give this place 5 stars, I even reached out to the company via email to give them the opportunity to make it right but I received no response. For the most part the car looked great, the guys were quick and professional but they missed a section of the carpet and if I'm paying $85 (including tip) I expect that the car would look as close to perfect as possible. I will not use this company again. read more

UPDATE: The VP came out and gave me a wash on him for the inconvenience and his work was amazing. He also let me they've updated their communication system and I will surely be coming back. Thank you guys! Bought a groupon from them and had to get it refunded because I couldn't even get in contact with them to set an appointment. I bought the groupon in August and tried calling them to set an appointment. After multiple attempts I finally got in contact with the lady who answers the phone and she was very condescending. She sounded as if she did not want to be there nor talk. Anyways after dealing with her attitude I came to find that for the rest of the week they were booked. Well yeah I guess that's not much of a surprise given their day lasts 3 hrs or so. I go to college away from home so that was the only week I could do it. I've been home two times in September and three in October. I've tried to contact them before every trip. Of course no answer. This month I tried to contact them for three days and of course no response. Until of course I contacted groupon asking for a refund. Well I got it and they definitely don't deserve business when their form of communication is poor. Also, their website needs to be updated. Information is inconsistent with their voicemail (trust me I know it by heart). Otherwise I do not know if their actual service work is good. Just that they have poor communication and inconsistent information. read more

Very efficient and on time (early). My car is overall clean, but I noticed there were some minor detail that's not clean. However, I recommend this place for cleaning. read more

The customer service was awesome & they were extremely professional in providing high quality service. Their prices are affordable for those who are looking for people to take care of their vehicle as if it were theirs & the first impression was the best impression. Shout out to Jeev as he came through in the clutch! read more

The guy who detailed my daughter's can and mine was so pleasant and did a great job!!

I can't tell you how happy I am with the result. The car was filthy from driving during a snowstorm and it's now gleaming.

Awesome!!! They were on time, made my car look completely new and were nice and professional. My car was a disaster and didn't even look the same when they were done with it. 100% will rebook. read more

Arrived on time. Did an amazing job on my vehicle. It looks better than the day I bought it. Finished the job in the time he said it would take. Very impressed. I will definitely use them again. read more

I've been using Va Mobile Detail for five years, and they always do a fine job; Jeev's attention to detail is excellent. He always comes fully prepared to restore my 17 year old Mustang to a near-new look. read more

My fiance car drain hose was clogged and water leaked all through her car floorboard. It had a sour smell. We called VA mobile and they shampooed and detailed her car inside and out. The sour smell is gone the detailer did a great job on her seats. The only thing I didn't like was my fiance had seat covers on her front seats and the detailer didn't asked if she wanted the front seats shampooed. My fiance seen that it wasn't cleaned after he left so she called and they immediately came back to shampoo the front seats. I would recommend them. read more

Guys seem to be rushing somewhere else. Didn't wipe the car thoroughly, missed some details in the front, and gave me an expired gift card.

I've been using VA Mobile Detail for over a year and am very happy with everything. I have a monthly package and it's so worth it! Between the ease of their online scheduling and having them come right to my office, instead of spending precious weekend time at the car wash; it's great! Their customer service is top-notch too. If they are running early and can get to me sooner, they text to see if it works out. If not, no worries, they keep the regular appointment time. If it looks like rain is on the horizon, THEY give me a call to discuss keeping the appointment or rescheduling. Marquez is my usual detailer, and he is AWESOME; I feel like he loves my car more than I do! (Which is fine by me!) He's been cleaning it since I bought it, and it always looks brand-new thanks to him and the monthly spray wax. Everyone in my office watches him work and mention how great it keeps my car looking, on the inside and out. If you're considering using a service, VA Mobile Detail is the way to go! read more

They arrived exactly on time, took a little over an hour and transformed my dirty car into a sparkling vehicle! I signed up for once a month service. read more

He cleaned my car in less than 20 minutes and the way it looked showed just that! I guess for the Groupon price because I assumed paying for waxing that my black car would look better than it did when I went to get it washed regularly, sadly it didn't! He missed a couple spots and when I mentioned it he did nothing, so I guess it was worth a try! read more

Very professional and timely. You could never tell my car had been 6 months without a car wash after the gold package treatment!

I don't like long, drawn Yelp posts so lets just keep it short: Excellent customer service, convenient scheduling, friendly staff and a good detailing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to get their car detailing. I don't get my car detailed often, but if I do, it will only be with them. :) read more

They came to my work to do on-site cleaning. There were four packages, ranging in price from $30-$150. They were extremely professional and delivered exceptional service. The only thing I would have done differently was tip more (you can pay ahead of time through a link they send to your email). read more

We just had my car detailed yesterday, and they did a great job! They were on time, polite, thorough, but still fast! had water marks and stains on my seats that are essentially gone. This was our first time using them, and I am about to schedule a detailing for my husband's SUV. read more

Great job - excellent service, easy to schedule and professional.By far the best company I have used in the area.

I used a groupon for a detail from Va Mobile detailing. I do think that the term "detail" was used loosely. It really was a car wash and vacuum. The windows were cleaned, and the tires too, but I do think it was just a car wash and vac. All in all a nice job on the car and the young man was very polite. Getting the appointment to take place was a struggle though. It was postponed twice. As I said, nice people and a nice car wash. read more

Nixon did a great job, thank you! One thing I'd keep in mind for apartment dwellers is WHERE you're going to have the service performed-it requires about three consecutive parking spots worth of space what with your car, the Mobile Detail Van, and then room to open doors for the detailer to work inside. This proved tricky for our parking lot with assigned parking. Nixon was a complete professional and SO patient as we were forced to relocate several times. The end result was incredible, the car looks great! The rims are the cleanest I've ever seen them! read more

U guyz suck take me off ur email list it was the first and last time i will ever use u i do a better job with my waterhose in my driveway

They did an alright job, it was my first time getting my car detailed. it was 85-90 just to get the front driver and passenger seat carpet cleaned and they didnt go under the seat like I thought they would. They are getting 3 stars because I needed it done on the same day I called and they had time. Def not worth the money.... There are better/cheaper place out there. read more

Completely unorganized! Emailed to cancel my appointment within hours of making it because I had the bad luck to have my car break down. Called to follow up. At no point was I told that they would keep my deposit or that they could move my appointment if they didn't do a refund. I was told it was taken care of. Today they show up anyway and say they're keeping the deposit regardless. Their website, as far as I can tell, doesn't have a nonrefundable or transferable policy stated- but perhaps the fact that it looks as though it was programmed by a high schooler rather than a serious business site just kept me from finding it on mobile. Perhaps this was all because I used Groupon? Would NOT recommend. read more

Great job......very nice technician......love that they come to you......they are going to detail our 35 ft. motorhome next !!.....I highly recommend their service !! read more

Extremely professional. Easy to make an appointment. I was amazed by the waterless wash and speedy service. They can come clean your car anywhere work, doctors appointments, and home. I don't write very many Yelp reviews - selfish, I know - but I had to write one for VA Mobile Detail. These guys are awesome and my car has never looked better and they were super fast and easy. I highly recommend them! read more

I had a Living Social coupon to try this place. It took a little doing to get a call back but the woman who did call back was nice as she could be and helpful with setting up my appointment. The young man who came was right on time and extremely polite. This was only for a wash and vacuum but he did a great job. My car is shining and the interior is clean. Yay! read more

Very easy to schedule and change appointments by using the online website. They provide a reminder of the appointment. VA Mobile Detail showed up on time and had my car cleaned at the exact time that they promised me. My car looked new when they were finished! I definitely recommend VA Mobile Detail and will be using them again. read more

I've used VA Mobile Detail in the past and as with last time, Jeev arrived right on time and did another amazing job. Bought the car wash and wax through Groupon, but added both an interior and rim clean. My car was a disaster, so he had his work cut out for him. Jeev is super thorough and really nice, and made my car look brand new! All around a great experience. It is easy and painless to make the appointment on line. They confirm immediately and send a reminder the day prior. Would highly recommend VA Mobile Detail, especially Jeev! read more

Great service at a reasonable price. Jeev arrived at my house on time, very friendly & professional. Did a thorough interior cleaning on my vehicle, worked on it for over an hour. I picked up my wife later that day and she remarked, "wow, the car looks brand new!". I'll definitely use this service again. read more
