I normally get my car hand washed but the line has been very long and seeing pollen on my car weekly is becoming a huge pet peeve of mine... Not sure if you can relate, but I feel good when my car is sparkling and my tires are shining! I decided to try this automatic car wash service that is close to my home. Although it was my very first time using this business I decided to sign up for the monthly membership which includes unlimited car washes with wax, rain x and all the Bells and whistles foe the low low price of $40 a month. I figured I love having a clean car. Spring has sprung! Let me give it a shot. I already knew from the beginning that I wouldn't care for the fact that I would have to vacuum my own car after going thru the car wash machine but figured eventually I would bring my 11 year old son and have him earn his keep To my surprise this place was pretty packed BUT the line does move quickly. I get in line. Purchase my membership with attending and inch my way into the automated. We wash. I double check to ensure all my windows are closed. The next attendant guides me onto the ramp and asks me to put my car in neutral. Lights, camera and action! I see neon flashing lights and soapy suds cover my windshield. I hear thumps on and around my car and I realize it's the spinning brushes and rags hitting my car to get the dirt off. Less than 3 minutes I am out and guided by another attendant to park into a parking spot that has a vacuum and wash cloths to dry off my car I hop out and vacuum my car. Be careful. Those suckers are no joke. They will literally pick up everything so make sure that you check your car before vacuuming. Overall I did still see some dirt and weird streaks on my car that I had to work really hard to buff out.. they were so deeply embedded that I thought they might have been scratches. I think there should be more products by vacuum area such as hand sanitizer, air freshening spray, armor all for the dashboard and window spray that is of better quality. This is just my personal opinion. Unsure if I will go again during this month's membership but I will definitely not renew. I can see this an a Emergancy car wash but definitely not the quality I am accustomed to. read more

$35 unlimited car wash a month is great. That being said, I bought it and then they were closed for a week. I tried calling and to find out when they'd open again and couldn't get anyone or even an automated message explaining. Vacuums are constantly full. It is close to the house and it does remove the pollen but once pollen season is over I'm cancelling. read more

They have been charging me twice for a fastpass every month (39.99 X2) which is ridiculous! I have called, and left comments, and messages and nobody helps. There's nowhere on their website to cancel it myself. I will never recommend this place to anybody anymore. read more

Car wash itself did a decent job. I was pleased with that aspect of it. Vacuums worked well also. But the car wash tunnel is a serious gauntlet. I'm looked at 1200$ repairs because the spinning brushes destroyed my passenger side mirror. The mirror had the Honda lane watch system built in. I'm most upset because their first question was the year of my car. 2015. So they stood on "well we go by the manufacturers date on the sticker of the car. We don't cover any damage to a car over 7 years olds" . So when I informed them my car was not made until 3/15 so when the damaged occurred on 2/13 my car is not 7 years old. From there I wad basically told to get bent by their manager. So now I will be out 500 for a deductible in the hopes my insurance company can subrogate their money back. Kind of a shame they didint offer some sort of solution, matching the deductible or even repairing it out right. I won't be returning, and I caution people to use it at your own risk. My car is well kept, I'm the only owner and this is the most damage done to it since I've owned it. All because I got lazy on a car wash. read more

This is an awesome place to get your car. I got the deluxe for $20 so someone could clean the bottom of my car - not sure if it was worth it because I still noticed some major dirt when I got out of the car wash (and I am not a car person by any means). Kids and I had fun looking at all the colors though! However, the best part was the complimentary cleaning station with cleaning sprays, microfiber rags and vacuums. There was a sign that said parking spots to vacuum and wipe down was 10 minutes on busy days. I came on a Tuesday morning and the place was fairly calm so I was able to take my time sweet time cleaning my car and it felt very relaxing. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and user friendly. Hence, even I was not initially pleased with the way my car was cleaned, the amenities and staff more than made up for it. I enjoy coming to this car wash, due to covid they have a crew member who will select the car wash you want and collect payment and give you your receipt to limit people touching machines. There are multiple prices offered, ranging from $10-$25. You can also get a monthly unlimited car wash or "fast pass" for $49. If you wash your car three or more times a month, it would be worth getting the fast pass. What I like about the location is that they offer vacuum's, microfiber towels, window, and all-purpose cleaner; after getting the exterior cleaned, you can clean your inside. If it busy, they ask to limit your time to 10minutes while vacuuming, so depending on how much detailing you need to do, possibly try going at a less busy time. I have been to the location 3 times ranging from 10 am to 4 pm, and I have never had to wait for the vacuums or had issues with overcrowding. read more

I love this place! There's always staff available, they do an awesome job keeping everything stocked and clearing vacuums of debris, and just being awesome people in general. For an automatic car wash and a do it yourself vacuuming, I would say this place is pretty good. When I visited, I selected the $25 package which covers bug removal, an alleged ceramic glaze and tire clean/shine. My car is low profile (Tesla Model 3) and the automatic wash did a decent job cleaning most of the car, but it did not remove the bugs from the bumper. When I brought this to their attention, they immediately offered to send the vehicle back through the wash. I declined and one of the guys stepped and removed every, single bug splat from my bumper by hand (clothe and cleaner). I was very impressed. This is what you call great customer service!! Fantastic service! I was washing my daughter-in-law's truck as a surprise for her and it didn't get completely clean the first time through. They saw me working on the spots that didn't come out and told me I could run it through again at no charge. They also power washed the rubber floor mats and were just extra conscientious in general. There is no drive thru car wash that will completely clean a neglected car, so don't expect that if you haven't washed your car in forever. Guy at the ticket area was nice, unfortunately the car wash didn't fully clean my car and once I was exiting, there were no vacuums available and the guy told me I could not wait for one as I was blocking the exit of the car wash. I came here because they have free vacuums with a car wash as well as tools to clean your car and a place to wash your car mats. I was cleaning the inside of my car, vacuuming, wiping, and also cleaning some spots on my fabric seats with my own product i brought from home minding my business when the associate came up to me and told me to hurry up because that's something I can do at home. Really? Ok. I was mad but I continued to clean my car and was trying to finish vacuuming so I could leave. The guy kept staring at me making me uncomfortable like I get it you want me to leave. Then he came back up to me a second time, proceeding to explain that he needs a spot because it is a busy day and that I can do what I'm doing at home. I told him that they provide tools to detail a car so I was under the impression that that's what this area is for, I paid for my wash just like everyone else and didn't know I was doing something wrong. He tells me there is a 10 minute limit and I exceeded the limit. I told him I had no idea that there was a limit and if I knew that I would've respected it. We went back and forth and none of it was positive. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me one was there but that he couldn't get them because he couldn't leave the lot. I asked for a number to call instead and he said he didn't have one. Terrible experience. I get to choose where I can spend my money and no one is entitled to it. I won't be returning. Came in today for a car wash. It was a busy Saturday morning the line was long. Once I got out the car wash all the vacuums were occupied. There was no room to wait due to all the people behind me trying to get in a space too. I have left and came back a few hours later to see if there was any spaces available. There was. The gate thing was up (mind you it was up all day) and I have drove in to vacuum out my car. I was approached by some man in a cowboy hat asking how my car wash was and did I enjoy it. He obviously just saw me pull in. I then replied with you need to see my receipt? and he said "Actually yeah." grabbed my receipt and proceeded to say "it was a pretty busy morning huh?" and I replied it was. They way I was approached by this young man wasn't a way you approach someone. He could've nicely told me that he saw me pull in w/o getting a wash instead of trying to catch me in a lie.
