I won't share the details of how my trunk looked when I finally opened my trunk cause their was a horrid smell in my car. But guys it was so bad. It smelled like a corpse was in my car. Shine Mobile Detailing came to my rescue. Jackson, the owner, was able to come to me the next day. He washed and deoderized the trunk and cab, taking the time to make sure he was able to get rid of the smell and make sure nothing was left behind. He brought his own water system as well. He was very professional and even took extra time to get the job done right. I'm so happy not to have to drive my car smelling like the eternal bog of stench anymore, and I highly recommend this business! They definitely helped me out of my stinky situation!

Due to rain and snow, we rescheduled a couple of times, and finally we had a cold but dry day! Patrick was communicative and early. He did a great job of explaining what he would be doing to my vehicle (it is a couple of years old but never professionally detailed since purchase). I had a little pet hair, but I was not charged extra fees for the attention to this. He did wash my rubber mats that I have on top of my floor mats, which was a nice touch. He was done in a few hours, and I was more than satisfied with the work he did. Would highly recommend his services!

I checked periodically and I was amazed at their attention to getting every nook and cranny in myF350 clean. I am a contractor and this is my work truck so to say that the inside of the truck was dirty is an understatement. When they finished the interior it was showroom clean! As they started on the outside I was impressed with how clean the truck was becoming. I had areas where dirt and grime had been on there for years and it was like it was melting off. I opted for the clay bar service and it was well worth! My truck looked like new! I went to see a customer in the afternoon and when they saw the truck they asked me if I had gotten a new truck. I told them no. I said I had gotten Shine Mobile Detailing to clean it up! I would recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle to look like new to contact Jackson

I explored internal auto detailing businesses in Hampton Roads, Virginia and was referred to this…read morebusiness by another business that was booked. I appreciate the fact he had a next day availability, flexible time, along with an affordable price. I expressed that I would pay $50 more (and I did) to ensure my vehicle is detailed properly. On the day of service, he saw my car and I again shared my expectations. His initial feedback was that my car is an easy job to detail ( but yet, after he completed the work they were many areas that were not effectively addressed. When I showed him areas that I was not satisfied with, that's when the correct tools and cleaning solution was applied.) Overall, I received a decent quality internal detail. The lingering pet odor in my car is no longer present. In my opinion I would preferred there was initially a higher degree of ownership or pride in ensuring my seats were properly shampooed, steamed, and cleaned. It would have been nice to receive a complimentary external wash considering the extra $50 I paid. Total I paid: $200. I will be following up with Shawn to address an area that needs to be effectively addressed. (I'll update my post and ratings once completed.)

Easy scheduling within days. I first took a 2002 Honda Accord in for an estimate. However, that's not necessary. Joe gave me a quote within minutes. The cost with engine detail $300. The turn around time 4-5 hours. At the time of detail my son's car was promptly taken in at agreed time. Owner Jeff provided me a ride home and agreed to pick up when ready. This was really appreciated. I learned that Jeff is a certified detailer, few are. He has done work for Phantom Body Works in Norfolk which has been showcased on Velocity Channel. I also learned he does mobil work at your home or place of employment. A call came that my car was ready and it was as promised within 5 hours. Jeff gave me a ride back to the shop. The car was just getting a final wipe down and looked absolutely fantastic! A few places were pointed out on the aging paint that would not buff out. Well water spots were the culprit. Lesson learned for anyone to never have a car around irrigation using well water. If I had wanted to pay more for a wet sand it probably would have come out. A few days later I called Jeff with a small spot that was missed on the interior glass. An old inspection sticker residue was visible. Jeff got me right in, apologized and cleaned it off himself. Extreme Detailing is not the most reasonable detail shop in town. They lean to the top range of $175-$300. Also keep in mind not all shops do engine details which added $50. Ultimately you get what you pay for and for me it was worth what I paid. I would recommend them for any type of automobile and they also do boats. 4.5, rounding up with fantastic service and finished product that was better than expected. The prompt follow up on a tiny issue was appreciated and rewarded with a full 5 stars.

I am truly grateful to the hard workers at this shop…read more My truck was left with friends during my husbands deployment. They used it for the first 3 months (rainy season) and then left it sitting for the next 4 months. While it sat, wet from the rain they'd brought in, it got covered in mold. Every single square inch was COVERED in black mold, down to the metal. I honestly thought the truck was completely ruined. This shop was amazing from beginning to finish. They picked up the truck for me because it was unsafe for my son and I to be in it, they were genuinely concerned about if I would have enough food to last until they were able to finish it. They did everything they could to work with my budget, and kept me updated every step along they way. They were so nice, and made an incredibly stressful situation not completely miserable. When their work was done, they brought it back to me and it was SPOTLESS. It honestly looked like new, I've never seen it look that good. They didn't just clean the upholstery, they legitimately did a full mold remediation for me. I can't thank them enough. It really meant so much to me to have people care so much about my situation and my family's safety. They're wonderful, and can't recommend them enough.
