Really good people behind this shop. They were recommended by a local garage where I had work being performed. I found them professional, but on the high end of a detail. Easy scheduling within days. I first took a 2002 Honda Accord in for an estimate. However, that's not necessary. Joe gave me a quote within minutes. The cost with engine detail $300. The turn around time 4-5 hours. At the time of detail my son's car was promptly taken in at agreed time. Owner Jeff provided me a ride home and agreed to pick up when ready. This was really appreciated. I learned that Jeff is a certified detailer, few are. He has done work for Phantom Body Works in Norfolk which has been showcased on Velocity Channel. I also learned he does mobil work at your home or place of employment. A call came that my car was ready and it was as promised within 5 hours. Jeff gave me a ride back to the shop. The car was just getting a final wipe down and looked absolutely fantastic! A few places were pointed out on the aging paint that would not buff out. Well water spots were the culprit. Lesson learned for anyone to never have a car around irrigation using well water. If I had wanted to pay more for a wet sand it probably would have come out. A few days later I called Jeff with a small spot that was missed on the interior glass. An old inspection sticker residue was visible. Jeff got me right in, apologized and cleaned it off himself. Extreme Detailing is not the most reasonable detail shop in town. They lean to the top range of $175-$300. Also keep in mind not all shops do engine details which added $50. Ultimately you get what you pay for and for me it was worth what I paid. I would recommend them for any type of automobile and they also do boats. 4.5, rounding up with fantastic service and finished product that was better than expected. The prompt follow up on a tiny issue was appreciated and rewarded with a full 5 stars. read more

Set up an appointment for an engine cleansing a few days in advance by their website email. Had to put a deposit down in to secure it. Wasn't much money. Arrived just before appt. and the crew got to task with a short delay for the engine to cool. Did not take long since it was about 35 degrees F. About an hour later my 2007 Milan had a squeaky clean motor. Kudos to Mr. Davis, Delante and Rodney for getting the job done right. Definitely worth the 100 for a mechanic to get a good look for any issues my old sedan's engine may have. $0.83. This is what integrity looks like. Following my third consecutive outstanding experience with Xtreme Detailing, it will remain my first choice for a car detailing service. Here's why. Rodney and the team know their craft well. They are thorough, efficient, courteous and can work their magic on anything you throw at them. Their prices are fair given the top tier level of effort you're receiving. I've paid the same amount in year's past at other detail shops and received a lesser quality outcome. Now about the $.83. My center console was empty when I dropped off my vehicle, but when it was returned to me I found a styrofoam cup in my console--inside of it was eight dimes and three pennies. These coins were found during the detailing process of my vehicle. I would have never known or missed $.83, but that's not the point. The point is that this business has integrity. If they took the time to collect the loose change in the crevices of my car and return it back to me in a cup without saying a word to me, then I've seen and heard all I need to know about this business. I had a great experience with Xtreme Detailing. I reached out to Jeff regarding the headlights on my Lexus which had been scuffed/scratched due to sand out West. He quoted me a time and price and the job they did was fantastic bringing the scratches out. The headlights look virtually brand new and I could not be more pleased. Definitely a great group of people. Rodney was super helpful as well and I apologize for not remembering the name of the gentleman that worked on my headlights but he was very nice and checked everything over with me thoroughly when I picked up my car. Apparently someone had let a shopping cart loose but thankfully my truck was there to stop it before it took out a small family. But I digress. The guys that took my truck in knocked it out in about 35 min and it looked good as new. They also offer a lot of other great services and I was very impressed with their all around professionalism. I chose this business to detail my new truck. The truck was pre-owned so I wanted to clean thoroughly inside the truck. I expressed that thought to the tech before the service. The gentleman who came to detail my truck was very nice and attentive; however, he did not clean my truck thoroughly. He didn't even open, the armrest cup holder in the backseat, which still had the previous owners spillage inside. There was a white substance dripping down my front door panels and the back doors had not been cleaned inside. The floor mats hadn't been cleaned either. My windows had not been cleaned inside the truck. There was also still dog hair on the back of my seats and the overhead was not cleaned as they described in the service. I took the truck back the next day and another gentleman supposedly cleaned the truck again, but he still didn't clean everything and I was not able to check it because by the time I left there, it was dark outside, and I could not see everything until the next day. By that time I chose not to go back because I was so upset about paying $350 for a service that was not completed to my satisfaction. Although I do support black businesses, I will not use this company again. They had my truck for 6 hours the first day and I waited 2.5 hours for the re-do the next day. My truck should have been spotless! But I could've cleaned it better myself. read more

They are super fast, professional. They are, however, on the expensive side . They finished my car way before the quoted time. They got 95 % of the stains that annoyed me. I did notice though later some spots that were not completely gone on my ceiling and my rear cover. I think for the amount of money spent they should have gotten every little speckle. Hence why its 4 star rating. And they guy in the front gave me a short ride to the tide station. IN short very professional, courteous, and do a very descent job. I would def go there again. The gentlemen there were professional and courteous. The facility had a nice waiting area. They managed to get ALL the stains and ALL the pet hair out of my 14 year old truck, which 1) I didn't think was possible and 2) would have taken me the better part of the day. They also managed to do it in four and a half hours, and I was expecting to spend most of the day there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a thorough cleaning. I drove from DC to get my car detailed because it was time to turn my lease back in to the dealership. When I arrived I was greeted, the General Manager, Jeff explained the process and walked through all the options. There was a waiting area which had coffee, tea and water. I wasn't expecting the waiting area to cater to women but the magazines and television proved me wrong. I decided to take advantage of the drop off option and waited for them to give me a call for pick up. When I arrived back I couldn't believe my eyes. My car looked brand new. Wow, my car is looking really hot after they finished my car. Now, it is super clean, has a gorgeous wet shine appearance, the rich color is back on the car, it really didn't look that good even when it was brand new. I've never taken the car in for any type of detailing since the 9 years I've had the car, and now it looks like a new car again. And, the engine was so clean it looked like one of those show cars. The staff was very professional and courteous. The bathroom was clean and they had coffee and snacks available while you waited. The best part of my visit was when I saw my car. I have black leather seats and often it is hard to see all of the spills that happen while driving. My car looked brand new. They even vaccummed my trunk and got rid of every leaf that had blown inside of it. This is a great place and I will be back.
