As we were going to their free vacuuming service, one of the employees, Kenneth, noticed that all the bugs wasn't off. His exact words were "Rental or your personal vehicle, we will take care of you." I cannot be more thankful for that customer service as we got a free rerun through the wash. There were other cars pulling up and there was an issue with the payment system but he was unphased and got the situation straightened out. I appreciate him a bunch for his help! I also appreciate that they have a power washer which they use to get extra dirt and grime off of the car before it goes through the wash. Going from 2 service lanes down to one could be a hassle at times but now that that is complete, things are back to normal.
