The associate was very helpful and nice yesterday, 9/09/2026. He approached my car as I pulled up. Your automated machine seemed to be on the fritz, but I mentioned the 5 dollar wash sign you had at the driveway and so he took my five dollars in cash and I was on my merry way. When I was vacuuming he gave me a card and asked if I'd leave a review, and handed me a business card. I told him I'd be happy to do so. After eating lunch, I noticed a sign across the street for a $7 express car wash plus free vacuum. I really just needed the vacuum but nothing wrong with a car wash. I decided to stop by. It was a Monday afternoon around 3:25pm. They have 4 options: -Bronze ($7): PRE-SOAK PENETRATING SPRAY, SPA FOAM CLEANER, SPA SOFI CLOTH TUNNEL WASH, SPOT FRE RINSE, IN-TUNNEL WHEEL CLEANER -Silver ($10): INCLUDES BRONZE EXTERIOR PLUS: FOAM POLISH WAX, TRIPLE COAT FOAM WAX, TIRE SHINE, UNDERBODY RINSE w/ RUST INHIBITOR -Gold ($14): Silver plus Rain-X -Platinum ($18): INCLUDES ALL EXTERIOR WASH PACKAGES PLUS: SPA CARNAUBA WAX (FORMS PROTECTIVE BARRIER LEAVING A DURABLE SHINE & LASTING PROTECTION) I got the silver for $10. I didn't care about the other stuff. While paying, they offered glass cleaner and clothes for an additional $3. I really like how they have a huge mirror to help guide your tires to go in the car wash. Also, the attendance really took the time to pre rinse the windows and car use the brush. This makes me rethink the membership I have back home in NC. I may need to cancel and find a new one. I saw signs saying no loud music, which is understandable. They have a floor mat cleaner that was broken. They have another sign saying to limit vacuum use to 8 minutes or less during peak times. There was only a few cars present. It wasn't very busy at all during my visit. After the car wash, the front fender/grill on my car was still dirty. However, I can say that's typically the case with most Drive Thru car washes. I will add that I occasionally get my car professional washed. It may be time to get it done again. However, for this car wash, it wasn't bad. I would return. No real complaints from me! read more

I'm very upset with this car wash. I took my new car here to get washed, first time it's gone through a car wash. Once I got home I realized that the car wash left these spots all over my car. I have been standing outside for over 10 minutes trying to get all of them off but they're EVERYWHERE!! They come off but then they leave almost like a rust ring on the paint which then has to be cleaned off. I've never had this happen before at any car wash. Absolutely ridiculous!! read more

Basic car wash is now $5 instead of $7. As many other shops have unlimited Carspa also has o e price per month and offers unlimited washes. I would get the basic service but it's unclear what more you really get for the gold and more expensive package. They mention rain x and wheel shine and wax but how this is applied to your car by a machine is dubious. I can't tell the difference between the $20 car wash and the $5 wash. The only way to apply these products correctly is by hand so I would save my money and buy the wax and do it correctly. How you can wax a soaking wet car is not clear to me. The end result isn't bad. My tires and rims were still dirty but over all it wasn't bad. No rags but I bring my own. Vacuums are weak compared to other establishments. They do power wash your tires on. The way in the wash and apply some kind of pre treatment which is nice. read more

I used to come here all the time, but started to go to green clean car wash. Went to CarSpa for the first time in almost a year and this place went DOWN HILL. The car specialist decided to have headphones in while on the track and the other car care specialist was on his phone. One specialist was standing at the kiosk, actually doing his job. There was THREE, yes three, ladders in the tunnel when I went through. The vacuums barely even work and I went to two different ones. I've known many people that have worked at this car wash and I know how it should be operated. Again, this place went DOWN HILL and I don't recommend anyone coming to this establishment. If you want to support CarSpa go to the one on Holland Rd. This place is just sad. read more

An update years in the making from a very loyal customer of Car Spa. I average a couple of visits a month and have been extremely satisfied with a quality wash at a reasonable price. The lot is usually tidy. It's extremely hard to maintain near the highway. Not to mention a lot of foot traffic that litters, just like I saw right in front of me pulling in. A recent visit showed their commitment to quality control. My son's car had been sitting in our drive for a week not driven and got tore up with over 25 bird droppings as it sit under a tree. I purchased the $14 wash which includes Rainx. They have a wash above for $18, but I have found the $14 a great value that gets the job done. Tipping is optional, I usually do $1 or $2 because there is labor involved in a great prep. After the car came out it looked so much better, but it needed more attention to the top that still had bird poop residue. The manager said he would run it through again and instructed the staff to focus with brushes on the top. After exiting and looking it over it was all gone. The free vacuums are always a highlight with super suction. Nearby trash cans are available at each station to discard items from the car and they were within their boundaries. They offer two vacuum machines for car mats that do a phenomenal job. A side not there are two locations, but this store is better. Keep in mind there is an unlimited monthly wash option. I will continue to come back to the North Hampton Car Spa as a regular. read more

Seven bucks for a pretty good ride through the automatic wash followed by unlimited vacuums. Easy, easy! Yeah, $7 is a bit much for a basic wash when there are others that are less expensive but I feel that this was a good, quality wash from top to bottom. This place is amazing to get your car washed. You choose what kind of "wash" you want for your car and pay before you enter . Then once your done you can vacuum the car in your own space. If you choose the $21 wash you get a rag, car scents and something for glass cleaner. They also have clean bathrooms here if you need to use one. Overall, I would say this place is everything I needed to get my car cleaned. read more

Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service rendered. Front bumper still covered in bugs, non-existent tire shine, at this point I'm doubtful anything actually came clean on my car. No managers around to speak to, just one poor guy working the prep line by himself. Obviously teamwork went down the drain when myself and others left Prepwork used to be the staple of this location, seems to have gone downhill fast. Different levels of car washes to choose from and the option to sign up for a monthly plan, free vacuums to use after your wash that are well kept and have great suction, plus they pre-rinse your car before driving through the car wash. Before they pre wash my car I like to thank them for being out there, don't forget to show your appreciation. One star for free vacuums, another for the efficiency and price. That's where it ends. After paying ($7) and the arm not raising for me to move forward, I had to get out and get someone's attention, show my paid receipt and wait as he figured out how to fix the arm. They have a number listed but its just an automated recording and not a lot of employees available to make rounds and check the status of things. As you position your car to enter the carwash, an employee or two will wet brush your car with soapy water to remove any heavy residue before the wash begins. Overhead mirrors are in place to guide you to correctly position your wheels onto the tract. This is an external carwash and no detailing is available here. The wash was subpar and it was only good for rinsing the pollen off of my car. The vacuums worked as they should and you have a time limit when there are a lot of other customers (8 mins). If no one is waiting you can vacuum until the sun sets or they ask you to leave. If you so choose, they offer monthly plans that are affordable. However, I caution if the wash is mediocre you may ponder about returning or buying a membership. read more

This was the best car wash I have had ever at a drive-through. I was totally impressed. The was friendly, professional, efficient, responsive, and acted happy to provide a service. Contacted GM William "Billy" Snyder took the car back showed what had happened, I filled out bogus paperwork for him. He called next day in the morning when I specifically asked to be called after work and he left a message saying I could view video. I went back to view the video and it had been spliced, not showing where guys went first with brushes, I saw about 5-8 seconds of video. Totally disappointed in them. I initially complained how this location charges $7 and others are like $5/$6 for a standard wash. As i approached the wash, my car was greeted by two gentlemen who made sure the UNFORTUNATE DISRESPECTS the birds in my neighborhood left on my car was gone before sending me in the machine wash. They power washed it off diligently, soaped my car, and got me ready for the run. Not much to say other than my car came out squeaky clean and I, satisfied. Overall, I will definitely be back! Great Carwash! This is the second time that I've been to this place to have my truck washed and the service seems to be fairly top-notch and i always get the Platinum $13 wash. The only CONs I have about the place is: I wish they provided towels in the vacuum area to wipe the excess water off your vehicle, especially the rims and door-jams. The free vacuums are also a nice touch to utilize after your wash. **Overall I have nothing bad to say about this business only that I wish they provided towels/rags to wipe off excess water for your car in the vaccum area. For $7 you can get a nice run through in their car wash and free vacuums (for everyone). You can also spend more and get extra goodies like wax and rain-x shield gloss. I must say, the first time I was here it was busy and there are three lines to choose from (all of which offer the same product) and I was so confused how it would know what service I chose because the line to get through the wash was packed.
