He recommended this place because it was the most highly rated in the area. The line was kinda long. Went a little past 10 am on a Saturday morning, ended up receiving service around 12 pm. Although it says 10 min for an oil change, they actually check your whole car (even tire pressure, which was nice) so it takes more than 10 min per car. I ended up getting an air filter change as well because they compared mine to a new one and said it was very dirty. The staff is very friendly. When we were in line, employees constantly went down the line offering water bottles. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was that most weren't wearing masks, which I reckon is because of the heat. However, the employee who reset my oil change status on my car used gloves. Also she offered a military discount (thanks to my boyfriend) when I wasn't in the military. Overall, great service and I wish they had locations in Maryland!

There needs to be an experienced manager on duty to make sure that a level of professionalism is maintained because the 2 that were working there yesterday did not care to hold conversations about women or anything else not job related. My tire pressure was not checked, and I had to ask to have my service light turned off. All the one guy did was push a radiator flush, cabin filter change, and some other filter change purchase from under the hood. When I asked if 25% or $25 off the best coupon would be to use, he said, "I don't know", then proceeded to tell me what my total was. He did not even bother to calculate the savings for either option. I went with the $25 off. I did not get a thank you for using our establishment or anything. Just a receipt in hand and guided out of the garage and continued conversation that was inappropriate. I will not be visiting this TAKE 5 again. This was my 2nd visit here. My first visit was a good experience. Very professional and accommodating, but this time was ridiculous. A training in how to deal with the public should be mandatory.

Amazingly I found this highly rated mechanic who not only was within AAA's 5 mile tow limit, but who could help me out at 1pm on a Friday! While I waited for the tow truck they ordered the parts and got ready for my arrival. I was quoted 4-5 hours for the job and was so grateful for the comfortable couch and large TV w Netflix to spend the time relaxing after a very busy trip. They were totally fine with my dog hanging out with me as well which was nice to not have to stress about. The AC was nice and cool on a 90° day. The guys were all very friendly and helpful. I am so lucky to have found them!! Because I'm super picky about who works on my car, I took it in to my mechanic when I got home just to be sure all was well (I discovered that my horn didn't work on the way home, but other than that the car ran as if nothing ever happened). My mechanic said everything was good except there were 2 other harnesses that were not connected (I didn't find out what they were). All in all I feel so lucky to have ended up in A&M's shop, I felt very well taken care of and for a good price. THANK YOU GUYS!! I really dont know what I would have done without you! It's not often you can be grateful for such a crappie circumstance, but you made that happen for me. I can't say enough good things about my experience. This could have been a total nightmare.

If you didn't know what was going on, you could easily was away with a $300 bill for stuff you didn't need. The oil change itself was slow and of questionable quality. When done, the attendant gave me a 'next oil change' sticker that said I needed one in 3000 miles...which is absurd. When I called out the discrepancy, the attendant claimed Valvoline recommends every 3000 miles. When I showed him the Valvoline website that said my new oil was good for at least 7500 miles (vehicle manufacturers recommend 5000 miles), he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is either incompetence and apathy or a business sanctioned scam to get customers returning unnecessarily. Could be either. Needless to say, steer clear of this business.

I get there, price is still $1400 for a compressor, $2500 for complete replacement as expected. I decline the work and ask to continue with the recharge, he then tells me No, and the reasoning behind is it falls under a OSHA violation. You need to tell me this information before I waste time coming to your shop hoping I'll purchase a $1500-2500 repair instead of wasting my time. I understand business but that is wrong.
