I was easily able to schedule the services needed. He has the best value and prices for MOBILE services. He was quick to respond and answered any questions. There is reason buddy hasn't had any reviews in over a year. While he was very responsive at first to get me scheduled and did show up on time, he doesn't fully provide the services that he sells. I bought a silver full detail package expecting to get all the services I paid for but the quality of work he provides falls very short. He did not fully wash the car, he didn't wash the lower front bumper or parts of the rear bumper. He did not clay bar the car nor did he machine polish and wax the car as the package describes. He didn't shampoo any interior carpet or floor mat, and the cleaning of the headliner as described is questionable considering there is still dirt on parts of the headliner. I was unable to go over the car when he finished as I was at work, so my wife gave a quick look over the car, once I got home I was able to look over the car and was not happy for what I paid. When I reached out to buddy to let him know the short falls with his work he has refused to respond to my messages or emails. I was hoping he would honor what he claims on his website but that is not the case. He should have given up on this business years ago or hire someone more capable to complete the services that he is selling. Please save yourself some time and money and look somewhere else because this is not the guy you want detailing your car. read more

He no showed us. We had an appointment at 0800 and he never showed up. He claims he was at our house at 0745 and that no one was home and waited 20 minutes and left. Not true at all. I also emailed him the day prior letting him know to not come early because I would be home right at 8 from taking my daughter to school. I ended up waking her up early to take her to school so I would be home before 0800, which I was and there was no sign of him. I spent 20 minutes prepping my car last night because it was going to be the first time I have ever got my car detailed. Disappointment after excitement is the worst. I really didn't know what to expect. I have never really used a mobile detailing service before. Buddy arrived on time and communicated with me the night before and the day off. He spent about 3 hours on my car, cleaning the inside and outside. Also applied a clear wax quick coating to the car. After the work was done I liked what I saw. The wheels were cleaner then they ever are. This area on my car gets very dirty quickly. The carpets looked good and interior for the most part was fine. However after looking at things closer I think simple things were over looked , like windows, and some spots on the dash. Also i was not given a choice of Fragrances as is mentioned in the advertizment. Buddy is a hard worker, he does a decent job. Depending on your issue it may need more attention. When my husband and I bought our car we decided to have it re-detailed by Buddy at ProTouch, he came to our house on a Saturday around 8 am which was nice. He charged us 120$ to do ONLY the interior (keep in mind that, although we were not 100% pleased with the job, the car had already been detailed by the dealership we bought it from) which seemed a little steep but we paid him what he quoted. After the job was done Buddy had my husband look the car over and sign off on the inspection of the car. He did a once over but didn't check in the compartments in the back doors, when we did check the pockets we noticed that there were fast food wrappers and old food from the previous owners still in the compartments..... GROSS!! My husband called Buddy to let him know and he said he would come back out when then forecast didn't call for rain, and we agreed. Buddy never called back and didn't respond to any more of our phone calls or text messages until I left a message informing him that we were very unhappy about not hearing back from him and that something had gone missing from the car since he had been out; I stated that by him not responding to our calls I saw it as an admission of guilt. Within 5 min I got a call from Buddy and he was flaming mad, he yelled and said he never received a call from me or my husband and repeatedly fell back on the inspection paper my husband had signed. The bottom line was that he missed something and while we weren't really expecting him to come out to take the trash out of the pockets, it would have been a nice gesture for him to have offered. We felt the conversation was going nowhere and just wanted to be done with it so we informed Buddy that we don't need to discuss it any further and that it will just be reflected in a review, he said he would, "sue us for defamation of character" if we do. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with ProTouch. bottom line is that the job was done poorly and there are no words for how awful the customer service was. read more

It was easy to schedule my appointment and he was always quick to respond to questions I had before my appointment. Buddy did a great job! He detailed our 2009 Sienna van, and made most of the scratches disappear. The interior was restored to almost new.

Buddy came over to detail my SUV, which I thought was convenient. He worked on it for about 4 hours and it looked like the day I drove it off the dealership lot. He even cleaned the engine, waxed and applied sealant on the outside, and moisturized the leather on the inside. I will be using his services again in the future. read more

Very disappointing! I could not even get to the piece where he serviced the vehicle. I was trying to have this done as a surprise for a friend and offered to give my card over the phone. First he said that was against his policy to accept cards over the phone without ID. He also required that I have someone in the beginning and end to sign a check in sheet which I was fine with but then he said I had to prepay because we had not done business before. How am I going to pay for a service ahead of time that I did not get yet and you would not accept my credit card by phone. Whatever?!!? It can't be this hard to do business with you!! I have a Great Dane that I take to the dog park often. Her hair gets all over my Dodge Avenger. I mean ALL OVER. Not to mention paw prints and such. Nothing I have will get the hair off. The only success I have is getting my car detailed. I found Pro Touch through searching Google Maps for businesses nearby my work. I emailed Buddy and set up an appointment for him to meet me one morning near my work. Buddy is an awesome guy and I can tell he really is passionate about what he does. When he says he cleans the inside with a "fine tooth comb", that is not an exaggeration. I have never had my car so clean on the inside. Best of all, not one dog hair to be seen! Buddy did a great job! My husband bought a "new to him" mid-sized truck, and we decided to have the interior detailed. I scheduled it for 0800 knowing that I would have to leave about 10 mins after that to walk my daughter to the bus stop. Buddy showed up a few mins early, but not too early, which I appreciated as I run a tight schedule with a 6 year old and a 6 month old! We spoke briefly and I signed the check in sheet before I ran back inside to get my daughter and son ready to get out the door. My daughter, who has zero concept of stranger danger, went outside to tell Buddy her life story. He was kind enough to stop what he was doing and look her in the eye while she talked (so many adults blow kids off) and then respond to her statement that she was being ignored at the bus stop. He ended up echoing the same advice I had given her, and it went a long way to making her feel more confident. But I digress. Buddy was done in under 3 hours and the inside looks fantastic for being 13 years old and used. He couldn't get all the stains out, but I didn't expect him to be able to. He pointed out what he had done and why. He was considerate of my disability and time, which I appreciate. He was also extremely friendly and had no issue with staying for a bit and chatting. I am extremely satisfied with his job performance, work ethic, and dedication to doing the best he could with the circumstances he is given (ie the weather, prior condition of vehicle, etc). read more

Buddy came to our house with short notice and tackled a task that I had been putting off for months - cleaning our family SUV after a week in the Outer Banks with 4 kids under 5! Sandy, sticky, full of crumbs - you name it. Buddy didn't flinch, and once he got the surface dirt out of the interior, he left the carpets and especially the leather better than I've ever seen it. Can't beat the convenience factor. Buddy was on time (early actually) and right where we talked about meeting. He was incredibly flexible with modifying the detailing location, time, and services to suite my needs. I went with the Gold Package and wasn't disappointed. I drive an older truck that has seen some wear and abuse over the years, but it looks absolutely fantastic now. Buddy removed all the acid damage, buffed out what I thought were permanent scratches, and did a great job inside and out. I seriously didn't think my truck would ever look that good again. The first time I scheduled with Buddy was in the beginning of Feb 2016 and I requested the Exterior Wash and Wax. I've never done mobile detailing before but with this being my 3rd new vehicle and with having kids this time around I figured it'd be worth it. Buddy texted me 30 minutes out and again when he was out front which was good because it gave me time to get home and cool the car off. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer and after detailing, Buddy was able to get that nice glassy look that I wanted. One thing that I liked was how the car looked after we had some snow and how the water still beaded off the car. I'm going to be honest, when I initially saw Buddy come up to my house, I felt bad having him do the work on my car. Buddy had a stroke awhile ago and is going througb therapy if I remember correctly, but my initial judgement of Buddy did not give the work he did for my car justice. I recently scheduled again with Buddy but this time got tbe Bronze Package which he was able to change out a few options because stuff like shampooing, etc. were not necessary with my car being new. I refuse to run my vehicle through any car wash that is not a touchless because of the infrequent cleaning those washes have which end up leaving small swirls/scratches. Plus, I wanted to get a nice thick coat of wax again to where after the rain, I'd be able to upkeep with products that he uses and suggested if I had the money for it. He was able to darken the plastic trim around my car because there was a slight discoloration from the salt laid on he road as well as some manufacturing defects where some spots where lighter than it ahould've been. I also got that nice glasst look again, the inside leather was treated, the weathertech mats were cleaned and looked like new, and ALL MY BELONGINGS WERE STILL THERE. I did do the courtesy as I do with any detailing service of removing trash from the car. I did wish the package came with a glasscoat, but I was okay with it because Buddy recommended a brand that I've ordered and can do that myself. I'd highly recommend Buddy to others and I definitely will use this service again after the 6 month coating he applied needs to get done again. read more
