Occasionally they need to perform routine maintenance and when they do, they go down to one lane but that is very infrequent. I can usually zip in and get out quickly with my vehicle clean. What more could you ask for in a car wash?

When I went last for my inspection they let me know they had to get a part ordered and they would let me know when they got it in, after a few times of me having to reach out due to no update they told me I had to go get the part from the dealership myself. I eventually found someone different to take a look at it and he was able to get the part and fix it in under an hour for way less money as well. Just don't blindly pay the service estimate they give you!
