Important details were missed -- debris left on the carpet, spots on windows and mirrors, smudges on the console, and personal items misplaced or damaged. My most recent visit was the least consistent: my SUV waited for a while before service, and the final inspection didn't match the level I had previously experienced. When I called to provide feedback, the manager, Riley, did not seem engaged and handled the conversation unprofessionally. The newer blue‑shirt staff also appear less consistent with final checks compared to the earlier team. Mega Auto Spa has the potential to offer excellent service, and I experienced that for many months. I hope they refocus on consistent quality checks and customer communication, as these were the strengths that originally set them apart. Based on recent experiences, I've canceled my membership. I see other customers writing similar reviews about a decline in service, so business leaders pay attention please.

The location is very clean in all areas and the level of customer service has improved so much that I was pleasantly surprised. I paid for the full service and it was completed perfectly. I did not need to ask them to correct anything. They took great pride in their work. The manager, a young gentleman, was very attentive, watchful, and jumped in to help out. Wonderful way to lead.

The exterior wash goes well and then I typically sit and wait and wait and wait some more for someone to wipe everything down. The most I have waited was 30 minutes. My SUV literally air dries, then they eventually come over and wet it with a spray cleaner and wipe it all down. After that, I'm good to go. There has been a few times where I have been trapped in their line (on the left side nearest the building), bumper to bumper and can't move until they finish one of the vehicles next to me and guide me out. The long wait time is the most annoying thing about this place. They really need a better system. Some days it seems like they just don't have enough staff, other days it seems like they have plenty of staff but all their time is devoted to the interior/exterior cars getting cleaned while those of us just wanting a quick wash/dry of the exterior get left at the very back of the line.

Again, comparing to Smith Brother's, they did not 'armor all' my exterior trim or interior applicable surfaces. So for the price they charge for service rendered, I can't recommend them.
