My wife and I took a rental car all the way from San Diego, CA to Norfolk, VA. And you know what…read morethat means? Tons of bugs on the car! On our way through the auto wash, we got a good deal on the basic wash that included many quality wash options. As we were going to their free vacuuming service, one of the employees, Kenneth, noticed that all the bugs wasn't off. His exact words were "Rental or your personal vehicle, we will take care of you." I cannot be more thankful for that customer service as we got a free rerun through the wash. Gabe was also a very kind employee that made us feel welcome. I will always take my cars here!

I normally get my car hand washed but the line has been very long and seeing pollen on my car…read moreweekly is becoming a huge pet peeve of mine... Not sure if you can relate, but I feel good when my car is sparkling and my tires are shining! I decided to try this automatic car wash service that is close to my home. Although it was my very first time using this business I decided to sign up for the monthly membership which includes unlimited car washes with wax, rain x and all the Bells and whistles foe the low low price of $40 a month. I figured I love having a clean car. Spring has sprung! Let me give it a shot. I already knew from the beginning that I wouldn't care for the fact that I would have to vacuum my own car after going thru the car wash machine but figured eventually I would bring my 11 year old son and have him earn his keep To my surprise this place was pretty packed BUT the line does move quickly. I get in line. Purchase my membership with attending and inch my way into the automated. We wash. I double check to ensure all my windows are closed. The next attendant guides me onto the ramp and asks me to put my car in neutral. Lights, camera and action! I see neon flashing lights and soapy suds cover my windshield. I hear thumps on and around my car and I realize it's the spinning brushes and rags hitting my car to get the dirt off. Less than 3 minutes I am out and guided by another attendant to park into a parking spot that has a vacuum and wash cloths to dry off my car I hop out and vacuum my car. Be careful. Those suckers are no joke. They will literally pick up everything so make sure that you check your car before vacuuming. Overall I did still see some dirt and weird streaks on my car that I had to work really hard to buff out.. they were so deeply embedded that I thought they might have been scratches. I think there should be more products by vacuum area such as hand sanitizer, air freshening spray, armor all for the dashboard and window spray that is of better quality. This is just my personal opinion. Unsure if I will go again during this month's membership but I will definitely not renew. I can see this an a Emergancy car wash but definitely not the quality I am accustomed to.

They have all the basics you'd expect, self-service vacuums, hand drying, and every now and then they'll even put out free air fresheners for customers. It's not a flashy place, but it's consistent, affordable, and the employees always greet you with a smile and a wave back at you when you come through. I've never had any complaints and plan to keep coming back.

The mobile app is easy to use for the most part and I think the price is reasonable if you do storm club.

In my opinion this place is great to have a membership to just for the value alone. A normal car wash could be the same rate anywhere else just for one car wash. Just by going twice a month you get your moneys worth. I always recommend Green Clean Express Wash. The only thing I would like them to add a location in or around the downtown Norfolk area.

THIS PLACE! Do you…read morelove your car as much as I do? Are you into making sure that your car is always clean, inside and out, smells good, and you only trust 1 or 2 places that you know will do an amazing job and will be as meticulous and as OCD as you are? Well, Family Car Wash is one of those places I trust. You need to get there and be one of the first few in line; if not, it is always guaranteed that there is a line, and your wait can be 3+ hours. No, really. And, yes, it is totally worth it. Once you get in line, one of the staff members note the make of your car/car details; you loop around and then one of the staff members will take care of your baby. Once your car is all set, you pay in cash (don't forget to tip big!), and you go on your way. Easy peas-y lemon squeeze-y! Also, their car washes are only $15. Yes, you heard me right - ONE - FIVE - buckaroos!!! Larger cars, such as SUVs, minivans, and trucks, can be a bit higher, as they should be. They also offer spray waxing, hand wax, buffing service, shampoo, and even full details. Prices are EXTREMELY competitive and super reasonable. There are some seats outside to wait; there isn't much where you can go around the area, so you have to just sit tight. Bring a book to read or listen to some music. Love this place - everyone is so friendly, kind, and welcoming. I love the work that they do. You won't regret it. I feel as if your car looks better than a new car that you purchase off a lot! Super satisfied - support this local business! +$15 car washes! +meticulous attention to detail! +friendly staff! +get there early, or you're looking at 3+ hour wait!

I was a top‑tier member at Mega Auto Spa for almost a year and really appreciated the thorough work…read moreearly on, especially from the red‑shirt staff who consistently delivered excellent final inspections. Over the past few months, the quality has declined. Important details were missed -- debris left on the carpet, spots on windows and mirrors, smudges on the console, and personal items misplaced or damaged. My most recent visit was the least consistent: my SUV waited for a while before service, and the final inspection didn't match the level I had previously experienced. When I called to provide feedback, the manager, Riley, did not seem engaged and handled the conversation unprofessionally. The newer blue‑shirt staff also appear less consistent with final checks compared to the earlier team. Mega Auto Spa has the potential to offer excellent service, and I experienced that for many months. I hope they refocus on consistent quality checks and customer communication, as these were the strengths that originally set them apart. Based on recent experiences, I've canceled my membership. I see other customers writing similar reviews about a decline in service, so business leaders pay attention please.

There have been times when air freshener is included in your wash package and you realize on your way to your next destination that they didn't do it. The unlimited wash packages can't be purchased in person. You have to download the app and sign up with a credit card for recurring payment. When you sign up for their emails, they do email and/or text promotions to you. Some locations also participate in a free car wash for Veteran's Day. Check beforehand to be sure. Shout out to Jocelyn who keeps the team on a steady pace with the many cars that are waiting at times. She's helpful in explaining the various packages and promotions. The young adults that work here work hard. I can say that in all the times I've come here, nothing has come up missing from my vehicles. I appreciate not being stolen from. Some people opt to wait outside but there is a small area inside if you're watching the cars proceed through the wash. They have vending machines and a restroom for patrons while you're waiting. Pay attention to the traffic pattern as you are exiting and when done. I do plan to return and hope that the experience and service points improve to allow an update to this review.
