Story time! My husband brought my car here because it was having issues when I was…read moreaccelerating/shifting. Scott said that he was understaffed and backed up but that he could probably take a look at it that weekend - okay no problem, we can wait a few days. A week later we called for an update and he said he hadn't looked at it yet but maybe this weekend he could get to it. An entire month goes by with my car sitting at this shop and now we can't get this man on the phone and we have gone there in person three times and no one has been there during opening hours. We call corporate and they say they can't get him on the phone either and they never know when he will show up to work, okay so why is he still in business? Not knowing what else to do, we leave a note on the front door telling him to call us so we can come pick up the car, he doesn't call us but he does answer the phone when we call him later that day. He says he test drove the car and thinks it's misfiring but he never called us to say what was wrong with it, give us an estimate on the repairs or do anything to repair it. He says he'll be there tomorrow and we can come get the car, we show up to get the car and he gives us the keys - the car won't turn on. That's funny considering the car had no trouble turning on when I left it there. He replaces the battery in the key, still doesn't turn on. He opens the compartment in the trunk where the battery is, it's filled with water and the battery is obviously dead. He replaces the battery which was not dead when I brought it there and charges us $260 for it, the car still doesn't turn on obviously because it's been sitting in water for who knows how long while this man has done nothing to repair it. We call another mechanic and he tells us to file an insurance claim, we do that and insurance tries to arrange to have the car towed but guess what? Scott won't answer the phone. They can't tow it without speaking to him first so we text him, call him, no answer. We leave another note on the door and 3 days later they're able to get the car towed. Now the car is at Audi being repaired but it's moldy from sitting in water for so long and I have a lung disease so I'm going to have to sell it after it's repaired and I'm going to have to pay thousand of dollars since the car is worth less than what I owe on it now. So, long story short, don't go here!

Total bill was…read more$165.83. before dropping it off I checked to make sure everything would pass inspection that included all lights & signals etc. They replaced a fog light bulb without authorization ($29.86 part & labor) that wasn't bad when I dropped it off. Also, the alignment is the same as it was when I dropped it off (no before & after printout either). Needless to say, I won't be going back and I suggest you use caution when dealing with them because they are shady.

Main Street in Suffolk, VA, and I especially want to recognize Service Representative Baconta Buffalow for going above and beyond. After noticing my driver's side rear tire was low, I filled it and discovered a nail embedded in it. On top of that, my front driver's side tire had an inoperative TPMS sensor. I had an important appointment about 40 minutes away and very little time to spare after work. I stopped by RNR Tire Express hoping they might be able to help on extremely short notice. Not only did they assist me--they exceeded every expectation. Mr. Buffalow listened to my situation, understood the urgency, and immediately coordinated with the technicians to take care of my vehicle. While inspecting my tires, they also discovered internal damage in the tire with the faulty sensor that would have caused a dangerous failure if left unaddressed. Thanks to their thoroughness, they likely prevented a much bigger problem. Despite the last-minute request, they completed all the needed work quickly and professionally. The pricing was more than fair--especially considering the urgent timing--and they even applied a military discount without me asking.
