This is actually my second time making a visit here. I walked in and was greeted by the gentleman at the front desk. He asked how can I help and I explained why I made this visit. My issue was a small one but was figured out, so I appreciate them for pinpointing it! They showed me the small issue that was causing the problem, so that was helpful moving forward for me so I'll know what to look for in the future!. I really appreciate some of the things they told me but on the other hand I really felt they charged me for a service I didn't need! I understand the business side of things but I also understand the consumer side of things as well.. I left off a star because honestly I believe they knew what the problem was before they asked me if I wanted them to run a coolant system test after they realized it wasn't any leaks! The front desk person mentioned the cap being one of the possibility issues as well after realizing there were no leaks. But I can't say for sure because I can't prove it,but I have a gut feeling I'm correct on my beliefs. But I'll eat this one this time!!!.. I know time is money so they felt they had to charge me for more than a radiator cap, which I felt was overpriced for what they charged me for it!. It all boils down to this, ultimately they charged me for a service they knew I didn't need and that is dishonesty in its worst form just to make a buck! I believe since my last visit ownership has changed and so has a honest business! Either way this business has lost a customer, I will not be returning here no time soon!!!...

I have routinely trusted their service department with my vehicles, including something as basic as an oil change. Unfortunately, the service I received today was unacceptable. I dropped my vehicle off at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, for a routine oil change. I never received a call or text telling me the vehicle was ready. At approximately 2:30 p.m., I called the service department myself and was told that they had not even worked on my vehicle yet. By 5:30 p.m., the dealership was closed, and my vehicle was still sitting there. As a result, I am now without my vehicle until Monday morning at the earliest. This has created a significant problem for my family because my wife now has to figure out how she is going to get to work. I even called the sales department hoping someone could help resolve the situation, but I was simply told that sales was a different department and they could not help. After 16 years of being a loyal customer and purchasing two vehicles from Priority Honda, I expected considerably better communication and customer service than this. An oil change should not take all day, and if there was a delay that prevented the service department from completing the work, someone should have contacted me before the dealership closed. I am extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. What was once a dealership I trusted has, in my experience, gone significantly downhill over the years. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing or servicing a vehicle here to think carefully about the level of customer service they expect. Priority Honda Chesapeake has lost a very loyal customer tonight.
