They reached out to me via text and answering a few questions, we setup our appointment for him to come over and get my vehicles done. First thing - I'm a big stickler for being on time. On timing he was perfect. Even gave a text on ETA. Much appreciated. He showed up and was very easy to work with. He didn't need much in terms of support and was very amenable to any changes and questions I had about the process (I was a bit picky on my requests). He was even open to adding in a buddy's car last minute. This experience was A+++ service and quality. Seriously... you'd be VERY hard-pressed to find others in the business that deliver this level of quality and hospitality. They squeezed me in with an appointment rather than me having to show up & hopefully get put in to their schedule. Overall tint quality- Incredible & great service. They were quick & let me watch as they worked. Very professional and produced quality work. They explained the process & gave me instructions after the installation.     Buyer Beware! First I came in inquired about the price for time special I seen online the guy took…read moremy car back and after 30 mins he came back in I asked if he got the pricing because I was possibly going to get front window done . He said he did not hear anything from his manager he is not answering! I came to get my tint done and I was not happy with the outcome I stated something and I was told to wait a week to see if bubbles and watermarks would go away . It did not go away so I called and I was able to bring it in, I was a bit annoyed because this was time I had to work but it's getting fixed . Fast forward to me wiping my BRAND NEW CAR down that had been garage kept I noticed some missing paint on my passenger side door . I called and asked to speak with manager explained my door he immediately starts denying it , he stayed " how could I know it happen here, I don't think my guts dented your car ! Do you have pictures ? I said I can send them and it's not a debt it appears my door was opened and hit something ! He then said he didn't want pics he have to see it and the. He proceeded to tell me it takes 30 days for tint to smooth out so I didn't need to come in like I did. Hmmm I stated I was going to wait for my husband to come up there . As soon as we got there he is stating the techs do not touch my doors , then there's nothing in the shop to hit it on" I asked him to pull the camera on the ssh and time I was here on a Friday a walk in there were other cars in the shop. Mind you I didn't think it was going to explode the way it did accidents happen but I gave tracking and cameras on my car and home showing I haven't went anywhere since I left that shop! I have two cars !! He then asked me if I saw it happen ? Did I have pictures of my car before I came ? Yes I do cause I came from the lot then here home then a week later back to this shop and home . I told my husband upon him opening the door I noticed some black tint peeling in corner this MANAGER goes to the door says WHAT? Where? I point to it he then peels it off throws it on the ground and rolls his eyes at me . Sir I paid 460 n I had to come back and now my car is missing paint and you have an attitude. He then continues to question me but I gave my proof but pull your cameras up he then said " why I need to do that for? At this point I'm over it he is a sassy lil Man he is very rude and passive aggressive so I returned that energy. He agreed to fix my car and get bin number and correct paint. This man has not returned a single call to my husband and now I will be going to the dealer and getting it done and taking his sassy arse to small claims! Lifetime warranty is not worth a business owner who was not there any of the two days to tell Me about my car . Karma is something so to the better s to the ladies do not waste your time with the overpriced products, the crap Customer service and the lack of accountability this so called manager has.something so simple will now be publicized and handled in court for any consumer to read about !!

    I'm not happy with this Safelite location…read more Through my insurance, I was scheduled to take my car in for window replacement on Saturday, 4/4/26. I dropped off my ride and my keys at roughly 8:30a with the guarantee and expectation that this service would be completed by 5:00p. The tech who worked on my car, Benjamin, called me around 3:30p to confirm that my car would be ready. In turn, I made arrangements to be dropped off at the Safelite Greenbrier location to await completion and then drive home. I arrived a little past 4:30p. I checked in with the lady at the front desk and waited in the lobby. I waited past their posted closing time (5:00p) and didn't hear anything until Benjamin came to get me just before 6:00p. He gave me my keys, and while we were walking to my car he quietly said, "I have some bad news." Of course, a window switch broke while he was working on my car and he wasn't able to immediately repair it or replace it. I waited roughly 90 minutes on site, when I could've been at home, to receive a broken promise. Service wasn't completed as guaranteed and I lost personal time in their lobby awaiting an incomplete job. Benjamin stated he/they would have the replacement part sent in (he quoted a turnaround time of 3-4 days, then they will install that part free of charge (an appointment wouldn't be scheduled until the part arrived). That means I have to take more time out to either bring my car back in, or Safelite can come to me (this option wasn't available when the part finally arrived). Either way, I'm still driving around (with basically a hole in my car) for longer than I planned. To add insult to injury, I received a text on Monday (4/6/26) morning stating the service was completed. Since I was already leaving for work, I immediately drove to the Safelite Greenbrier to follow up & confirm they are actively working to resolve the matter. I spoke with a manager, Lucas, who assured me they will order the part & get me scheduled as soon as possible. He provided me his personal cell phone number in case I have further questions/issues. So this is a mess. Safelite, after nearly 2 weeks (and multiple visits to Safelite Greenbrier to follow up), finally finished servicing my car on Friday, 4/17. I'll give them points for knocking this second service out (I dropped off the whip at 7:30a, they were done by 9:00a), but I was essentially left with a hole in my car for nearly a half-month; the hole just taunting someone to break-in again. What's worse, I didn't actually receive an apology from Safelite Greenbrier. Apologies were given to me via Safelite's customer service line (and my insurer), but that's only because I called to complain. I shouldn't have to chase businesses to obtain status updates for an issue that was created via the business (Safelite Greenbrier admittedly stated they were at fault). For 2 weeks, I visited them, called Safelite corporate, and called my insurer just to stay in the loop and hopefully expedite this process. Instead, I felt ignored and placed at the back of the line. Hopefully my car won't suffer another shattered window so that I won't have to opt for Safelite in Greenbrier. Since my insurance works directly with them, in the future I'll use another location, despite the Safelite Greenbrier's close proximity to my office. JV
