Recently the…read morefencing started falling down, so I called them to come out and look at repairing it and possibly improving a few areas since birds are still getting in. When they came out, they told me the company has changed hands a few times and that the work should still be under warranty -- but then claimed it couldn't have been their installation because it was a "shoddy job" and they don't use that style of gates around solar panels. I provided invoices, receipts, and even credit card statements clearly showing they did the original work. After that, they said they would put together a quote to clean up the area and address the bird problem. Since then, my calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered. I thought they were great when they originally did the install, but the follow-through and customer service now seem completely gone.

The owner, Keaton, was very responsive on Yelp and came by for a quote the same day. He followed up the visit with an email with the written quote later that day and there was a five year warranty for the company's work. Other companies took days to stop by my house for a quote or didn't even respond so the quick response was definitely appreciated. The quote to take care of my issue was lower than a few other companies that I contacted so I decided to go with Absolute Bird and Pest Control. Scheduling was really quick and Keaton sent photos of the work. It was easy to pay online too. Overall, the pigeon problem was taken care of quickly and with great service so I would use them again.

These guys did an amazing job! We recently moved to the…read morearea and inherited an inundation of pigeons and their nests, all camped out under the solar panels. We made an appointment for AZ Clean Solar to come out, clean underneath the solar panels and the solar panel glass. We also had bird barriers "netting" installed around all of the panels. Erick and another guy came out right on time, explained what they were going to do, and began working. It took them roughly 6 hours to get everything done, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their work! Bird barriers are up, solar panel glass is crystal clear and everything that had dropped to the ground while they were spraying, they cleaned up nicely! Great job, guys and thank you! Highly recommended!
