We weren't in a rush to get it done as it can be a process to move all the furniture around, so I put it on the back burner for a couple weeks and then reached back out to schedule. They arrived when they said they would and promptly got started. Our tile hasn't looked this clean since we built the house! They initially got down on their hands and knees and scrubbed the grout by hand. I think this is where a lot of companies cut corners and claim just steam cleaning will do the job because the last couple of times we had our tile cleaned, the grout didn't come up so clean.
