Cece started rushing me all the time, taking on multiple customers at the same time, getting frustrated when you asked question and the quality of the work just declined. This past week she canceled on me last minute so I made an appointment for another day. Life happens. I was excited to try a new shape and design because I always get the same thing. So I showed her a picture, but right away she started doing something different. I'm learning to speak up for myself so nervously I told her I'm not sure if I like the design on my nails because maybe it works best for people with a different nail shape or complexion. I'm not sure if it was a communication issue, she wanted to go home early, or just in a bad mood, but she didn't like that at all. She got really angry, yanked my hands and yelled at me "YOU'RE A TEACHER WHY ARE YOU SO SLOW?!" When I tell you I was in shock... I have never been talked to that way by anyone in my life. I stayed calm, told her to please not speak to me like that and asked her to just give me the same color I always get. I paid for my service, tipped her like I always have and got the hell out of there. I will never return to that place!!

I arrived at 7p, I was the only customer and the technician was waiting for me. Pros: Very clean, they take your temperature, you wash your hands as soon as you come in, you're in a private room, there is clear plastic hanging separating yourself from the technician giving you the pedicure & it was not a rush job, she really took her time. Cons: limited choice of nail polish color, more expensive than usual. It was $45 because I paid with cash (not including tip) a few dollars more if you're using a credit card. I'm happy with the results. They're a little shorter than I would've liked, but my nails were weak from the acrylic, and some nails grew more than others and had to be evened out.
