This past week she canceled on me last minute so I made an appointment for another day. Life happens. I was excited to try a new shape and design because I always get the same thing. So I showed her a picture, but right away she started doing something different. I'm learning to speak up for myself so nervously I told her I'm not sure if I like the design on my nails because maybe it works best for people with a different nail shape or complexion. I'm not sure if it was a communication issue, she wanted to go home early, or just in a bad mood, but she didn't like that at all. She got really angry, yanked my hands and yelled at me "YOU'RE A TEACHER WHY ARE YOU SO SLOW?!" When I tell you I was in shock... I have never been talked to that way by anyone in my life. I stayed calm, told her to please not speak to me like that and asked her to just give me the same color I always get. I paid for my service, tipped her like I always have and got the hell out of there. I will never return to that place!!
