Not as busy on a Thursday afternoon which was good because there was no wait, but they said they do tend to get more busy on Fridays and Saturdays. I received a gel mani and a regular pedi. If they told us this and not hijacking we wouldn't have entered. We were told we could pay in US dollars but they won't count the exchange rate. So if service is C$100 to pay with US$ you will have to give them US$100. What a scam.after we repeatedly told them we didn't have debt. The manager proceeded to deny credit card making us running around trying to get cash with a baby for an hour. They made us sit there with the sorry excuse of their machine don't take credit. When they realize they won't get anything from us they took our credit card. THEY CAN TAKE CREDIT CARDS.They just say can't that to Americans. Also, you don't see the note of "cash and debit" until you go to pay. Why not plaster it everywhere, big enough for people to see?Oh wait , you want to be able to scam people. I showed him the picture and chose my colour, told him 3 times that I wanted the lighter pink I originally chose.. Didn't listen, I gave up, he started on the design which is NOTHING like the picture, I said that I wanted it as similar as possible to the picture shown... He didn't file, buff, or thin nor shape out my nails after applying the acrylic was there for less than an hour for a full set? I'm usually in a chair 2 hours for a brand new full set... and for $70... I would of expected a cuticle oil or slight hand lotion/massage like I usually do at my regular salon... I usually pay $50-$60 for a FULL set of bling & extravagant nails at my regular spot.. I definitely REGRET cheating on her today, went home and instantly soaked and cut them off, I didn't even want to go back for them to be fixed. 100% DO NOT recommend
