If you book the foot treatment you will be in the larger main room that has around 10 stations. I expected to feel awkward or be distracted with others making noise but they have it down so well that even as people come and go I'm able to relax and let go. *Affordable! With the Foot treatment ($35) you actually get an amazing, 1-hour long, full body (clothed and in the main room) massage. They work on your face, head, neck, arms, hands, back, legs and feet. Even their private room oil massages are affordable ($60 for 1 hour I believe) and they really do an amazing job working out any problem areas you may have. I was here with my girlfriend and purchased a 1hr30min massage. The massage was okay but used dirty towels that were ripped. I asked the lady to use more pressure but used the same amount of pressure so I had to repeat myself. One masseuse unprofessionally released gas (farted) when giving us a massage. Their performance didn't reach our desire but they required a 20% "gratuity" tip . I didn't like that definitely if we didn't feel they performed well. read more

This place just opened in Windsor and it is run by Haixia (Helen) Ma, a great massage therapist that I have been going to for the past two years. I first discovered her in one of the Chinese foot massage places in Santa Rosa, and her Windsor place is like them but brand new and beautiful inside. The atmosphere is calming and very comfortable. I got a 90 minute massage and it was just what I needed. Helen has an excellent feel for what I need from a treatment, and she always finds the tight spots and works out the knots. I have received many massages from Helen and I can't recommend her highly enough. Do yourself a favor and check them out, If you like massage then you will love Helen's healing touch. read more

Me and two of my coworkers tried the one hour foot massage tonight after work and it was amazing! What a way to end the day. The massage is not so much a foot massage as it is a whole body massage. Very thorough and super relaxing. I liked that they did some assisted stretching of my legs and arms. Love this place. Michael is always friendly and kind along with Helen I have had several different staff members work on me and I haven't had a bad one yet. I like the convenience of dropping in for chair work . This is a different technique and sometimes it can hurt a bit because more than likely there is tension in a part of your body that you may not even be aware of. Enjoy it and let them do their magic. Well. I use to really love coming to this place. Today I wanted an appointment with a certain masseuse and called to tell the owner what I wanted. Due to not getting the person I wanted per my reservations in the past, even when I heard the owner say to another customer that I was scheduled with that person (And didn't get them). I let it go more than a few times because I did enjoy my services here and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The last few massages weren't very good, and I was passed up on my requests... But the topper was the terrible customer service I received today from the owner, telling me it was their system (even though you can pick whom you want, and hear him say the correct requested person-even if I didn't get my request). When I told him I would walk out next time that happened, I was told that if I didn't like who I got I would be asked to leave and then hung up on. Anyways I won't waste my time here anymore or give recommendations to my friends, family as well as coworkers. Wanted you to know about the fake customer service. Happy holidays !! From how this place looks on the outside I never thought of going here, but then I had several friends recommend. I'm so glad I gave it a shot! Better message than the fancy healdsburg spas. I was having back pain and they knew exactly what to do. And their services are at a price that I will be able to make apts several times a year, I'm very excited about that. In response to the owners reply - I live in California, so I am not 3000 miles away... and you do realize people travel, right? I was on my way home from a yoga retreat when this happened. My friend and I saw the good reviews and thought it was worth a shot to call and see if there was availability. The response still blows me away to this day. I am a nurse and would NEVER reply to a phone call in that manner, so you can understand my disgust when a wellness center answers a question this way. So over the weekend I had gone skiing and the next day I was severely sore with tension on my neck and shoulders. I was lucky enough to have the afternoon off from work and started to look for places that could take me in last minute for a relaxing massage, Soco reflexology was nice enough to schedule me in for a 60 minute hot stone massage within 30 minutes. Upon my arrival I felt welcome and was nicely greeted by the receptionist. My first impression of this establishment was very good I thought it was very well decorated, clean and professional. The receptionist took me to the room where I was going to get my massage and I was just as pleased. It was a small room with two beds with dimmed lights and relaxing music playing in the background, before the receptionist left she asked how I would like my massage and where My problem areas were. I preferred a mild massage with emphasis on my neck and shoulder, she then left and left my in the room by myself to get undressed then lay on the bed to wait for the therapist. The therapist quickly came in to the room and started massaging me! Let me just say that this massage was beyond a mild massage! It was so hard for me to relax for the 60 minutes while being rubbed very hard, i kept clinching my whole body! She then asked if I was ok and I told her if she could ease her hands, she sort of made it a little better and then went back to a very painful massage and again I started clinching my body and she asked again if I was ok, I asked if she could ease the pressure and again did but then went very very hard! When she got to my neck and shoulders I was having a very hard time due to the pain level! Once she was done and I was out of there I sort of felt slightly better than before so I didn't complain because hey maybe my body needed a bit of a hard rub to feel better, unfortunately not! The next day I woke up with worse neck pain and have been needing to pop a few ibuprofen pills and add heat to my neck and shoulder in order to feel better! I do give a 5 Star to the professionalism and the place in general and I wish I could give my massage a good rating but I can't due to the aftermath experience I had! I'm not sure still if I would go back, I'm also not sure if it was due to the language Barrier but if someone is clinching their body it's sort of understandable that someone is in pain. read more

Been coming here for about a year since moving to Windsor. Was a previous frequent customer of Jessie Jings in Santa Rosa. Michael and Helen are so friendly and accommodating. My husband And I had been going for the basic reflexology "clothing on" massage. Always very happy with it and leave feeling relaxed. We decided to try the private couples massage a month ago and another one today. They focus a lot more on the muscles and it's more peaceful. Helen is amazing. Since she's the co owner I don't think she does the massages regularly but I wish she did! Got out all my knots and I feel incredible. My husband and I learned of Soco Reflexology over a year ago and we have not been disappointed. From the first visit, there was a consistent clean environment and welcoming ambiance. Helen and Michael, the owners, go out of their way to tend to your needs. I cannot believe the marathon hours they both carry out, along with their staff. Incredible grit! Their environment is quiet and attractive, clean, and spa-like--just the right setting for relaxing! The restroom facilities are also clean and I notice something there different than any establishment I've ever been to--a toilet seat cover dispenser mounted upside down. Clever and much easer to get one out than upright. Someone understands gravity to best advantage and the cover comes out in one piece. Many places don't even have toilet seat covers. The reception area is always a place of pleasant and quiet connecting, laughter, and sincere hugs coming and going. My husband and I have a weekly date that includes dinner at Togos, dessert at Moxie's Yogurt (right across the street), then followed by reflexology. Sometimes we have a dual massage in a private room with cupping. I have had a few times when the pressure was too hard and for me, that is amazing because I like firm pressure. By taking responsibility, even though the reflexologist cannot understand English well, I am able to summon them to get someone who does, usually Helen or Michael come right away. That way the situation is taken care of and I feel like I got my money worth. I never feel trapped in my body and pinned to the table. My husband likes light massage and he, as well, has been quite satisfied with how responsive the therapists are to suggestion and individualization of treatment. Both of us have worked on our relationship with our individual favorites, Peter and Amy, and they know just how to help us and do a great, great job. We are usually their last client of the day and they are still going strong like energizer bunnies! But, we haven't tried the others so that's not to say the others aren't good, too. It was a good match right at the start. Another thing we appreciate about Soco employees is that they treat them like family. In curiosity, my husband and I have over time learned some of the stories of the reflexology therapists. Many are here in the states with families back in China. They work hard for what they make, who could complain? If you do your research, that is not the going rate for massage therapists. That is why it occurs to us that tips are important to let these hard-working, highly skilled, and kind people know you appreciate them. Believe me, they get a good tip from us and we love Soco. A few times, something happened and our reservations disappeared and we showed up. They were apologetic and quick to resolve that, great at negotiating new times, and we were okay with that because it's worth waiting for, and also we like to enjoy ourselves in all kinds of circumstances with people. Relationships are important and sometimes this happens to everyone. When we are finished, there are water cups set out and chocolates. We enjoy this place so much and not only our soles go out happy, so do our souls! read more

My spouse and I were given the combination 60 minute oil massage and 30 minute foot reflexology as a gift from our daughter (she is a doctor and checked out that all protocols were being met before she got us an appointment). The facility is open 7 days a week which is great in terms of flexibility. Michael met us as we came in and greeted us warmly. He escorted us to a private room where we both got ready. Individuals were being treated in screened areas and we were encouraged to be quiet as we walked through. Everything was clean and very professionally maintained. The message was amazing for both of us. We did the moderate pressure since we had not had a message in several years (light, moderate, and intense were all available). The two women working on us were excellent and spent the entire 90 minutes on us and we felt great. There is a little tip envelope for each masseuse which we left what I hope was a generous amount - they both worked very hard to do a good job. There is no pressure to tip but in reading I found that 20% is generally average. In summary - 5 stars for great service, good hours, following COVID protocols, and we feel great. After a very long week of driving my neck was feeling pretty cranky so after stopping by the bank I seen this little gem next door so I popped in and was greeted with many happy, kind & peaceful faces. They took me in right away which made my day! I ordered the usual foot reflexology. I know I'm safe with that at a new spot. I don't have to strip down but can get a good clue if this is just another foot reflexology drive through quickie that feels good in the moment but always leaves you wanting more. The nicer older gent I had asked about pressure and I said give it to me so he did just that! At first I started to fall asleep during the foot massage but awoke to some serious pressure points being activated in a sort of painful yet stimulating way. At this point I knew it was on I was under the hands of a pro and maybe my neck has a chance of actually receiving a good massage and yes it did! It was like he knew My neck was flamed up and very unhappy so he dug in and the pressure was perfect. I left with a very happy pain free neck! That doesn't happen usually I'm relaxed but the neck is never 100% cured oh but this time it was! I felt lighter, extremely relaxed, happy and ache free. I almost don't want to tell others about this GEM but I must share Michael and Helen with others; FYI owners and beyond adorable! I'm fortunate enough to explore spas on the beach in Maui, to a Colorado Cabin in the snow. Due to my body, its doctors orders that massage be done often. DARN! If I must.. ;) Only downside is the hefty price tag that usually follows and stings a bit. Anyways, I walked into my newly found heaven 3 days upon them opening. I told H&M that I had a headache and just needed someone to rub my shoulders. I followed Helen through a glass door where the treatment area was. Okay, so you must talk to your clients to best accommodate what they came to you for (newbies and don't know, purely for relaxation, areas to avoid, areas needing attention) so you build happy and long lasting clientele! I've had lots of masseuses just dive right in and not exchange a single word with me beforehand. The front desk is not where you share the quietest encounters. May I add that it may be impossible for some people to whisper? H&M added to their floor plan to provide a tranquil treatment area. I absolutely feel the time, dedication, heart and effort they poured into this business. This may sound silly but even the lighting is perfect. I need to be able to see that where I'm laying is clean, yet if it's too bright then it makes it hard to relax. The lighting alone can dramatically change the overall tone and experience your client has. This Rustic Spa (Wine Barrels for your feet to soak in! So cute) is tidy, spotless and is so beautifully done. Warm grey tones cover the walls which is soothing and inviting. You'll notice by the number of photos I snuck that I simply adore 'The Pottery Barn' Level Interior Design. Okay; now to Helen! My life saver. Helen relieved my headache within just a few moments into my massage. It didn't take a painful poke for her to find an area to focus on. It's clear that Helen is very knowledgeable, educated and passionate about what she does. You can immediately feel ones confidence by their technique and touch. My throbbing 72hr long headache was gone and it didn't return for DAYS after. No medication or a single person has provided me that relief. It makes me cry thinking about what a gift that truly was/is. After leaving and slowly coming out of my dream state, I realized that my experience was beyond exceptional compared to others due to never thinking about it being too rough/hard or too soft/gentle. It was perfect and has been consistent. It allows you to absorb every wonderful bit of it. The price is outstanding for Sonoma County but considering what you receive here, it's truly unbeatable. I've been a regular at Trip Advisors "5 Star" Spas, such as The Farmhouse Inn Restaurant and Spa in Forestville to The Solage Resort and Spa in Calistoga (Both featured in Vogue and Travel & Leisure) and spent far, far too much money for a non-personable yet pleasant hour or so massage. We went together and both got a 60 minute body massage, a 30 minute foot massage, and finished it up with a 10 minute hot stone treatment. It was fabulous!! I added the hot stone and cupping and Peter did such a great job of combining all of this with the right amount of pressure to help relieve my persistently sore neck and shoulder problems. The therapist I had was quite good - strong hands and used her weight well during the deep tissue massage to release a couple of trigger points in my shoulder and back. WOW! I've lived in Windsor for three years and today was my first time at SoCo Reflexology. My experience was fantastic. I wasnt sure what to expect when walking in as you enter a room with other guests but it was really quiet and Peter was out of this world! I went home and traded spots with my husband watching the kids so he could enjoy a massage just as much as I did. We both had Peter and were so happy. The knots are gone in my husbands back and my shoulder and right foot that were in pain before my massage feel so relaxed. The only regret I have is doing the one hour instead of 90 minutes!!
