After I read the glowing reviews on Soco Reflexology, I decided to purchase a gift certificate for my husband as part of his birthday present. Boy, am I glad I did!! We went together and both got a 60 minute body massage, a 30 minute foot massage, and finished it up with a 10 minute hot stone treatment. It was fabulous!! They're very careful to talk with you beforehand and discuss any concerns you may have to make sure you experience the best massage possible: and we did! We reserved a private room and were thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism we received. On top of that, the owners are fabulous and they're open really late!! I used to be a faithful client of this establishment - including referring them to countless potential patrons and purchasing gift cards to be used post-pandemic. However, they have recently taken to harassing their clients. I had sent an availability INQUIRY for a potential afternoon with my daughters. I received an email back stating that they had availability and if I would like to book to call in and confirm my reservation with a credit card. Perfectly normal. I assumed I would need to do just that if I wanted a reservation, so when I DID NOT that meant to me I had no reservation. Flash forward to the date of my inquiry, the owners have harassed me via phone and email about my "missed appointment." I attempted to apologize for any miscommunication but they insisted on arguing with me over the phone to which I decided to hang up instead of engaging. I then received a harassing email, keep in mind they replied to the original email chain informing me to call with a card to confirm/book. They continue to harass me as if to collect payment for their own inability to stick to their reservation guidelines. Normally I could let the miscommunication slide, normally I would attempt to find some common ground. But seeing as I am not at fault for their reservation mishap I feel it necessary to leave a one-star review. In business, this is no way to treat clients, especially ones that have been loyal. read more

They have nothing but undocumented workers there who speak no English. Michael is rude to customers if they question anything about the service. He is obviously hiding what they are doing. I told him my therapist couldn't answer my questions because he spoke no English. I simply wanted to know where the knots were in my shoulders. This place is amazing. Spa-like atmosphere in a strip mall location with competitive prices that let me go more often. I have had two full body massages by Jeff and he is incredible. Also had a couples massage, which we were able to book on 24 hours notice and felt like a little getaway. Even the basic foot massage/reflexology is practically a full-body massage. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage. I had stopped in just to check it out a month ago or so and automatically I connected with Mike who's at the front desk and honestly that drew me in even more it's like we had known each other for a while. Anyways we checked in and they are so professional and the place is so clean, organized, and beautiful. My boyfriend was in heaven. After our massage we talked about how the masseuses really knew what they were doing it was like they could read our body. They got deep into the knots and problem areas we both have. We both felt brand new after our massages. I definitely recommend this place , the prices are amazing I was so pleased with everything. My wife and I are regular customers and have been very happy with the service. The owners are wonderful people, very friendly and accommodating. The business is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The massage staff is wonderful. They always ask in advance how much pressure we prefer, and they always do a good job. Please keep in mind that this is a reflexology massage. You are paying the really good price of $35 for an hour of reflexology and relaxation. It is a break my wife and me have taken during a busy or stressful day to just relax for an hour. This is not a $120 spa treatment. I have read some reviews that seem to confuse the two experiences and types of massage. I've been three times now and I absolutely love the place and the people. I'm actually going to make another appointment soon. It's a calming atmosphere with relaxing instrumental music plus sweet and caring staff. They make sure that the treatment is to your standards such as pressure and where to focus on also where to stay way or keep it light. There are private rooms but I don't mind that the Foot Reflexology is done in a more open space because I control the amount of layers of clothing I have on or off and I'm too busy relaxing to care. read more

Very clean and very friendly staff. Went in yesterday for a couples massage for the first time at this establishment, greeted very kindly, offered water. The private room was well-lit and felt relaxing. The reason for 3 stars is simple, and two part. Part one: both my husband and I have been icing our backs on and off since yesterday. The techniques and pressure from both of our masseuses was not at all what we were expecting and we've gotten many couples massages in the past. There was very little thumb action and way more elbow grinding than either of us thought necessary. My muscles are still swollen this morning on my upper back and I feel as though I got beat up rather than having just had a 90 minute massage. 20 minutes of that 90 was spent having a towel rubbed on my body as well... Definitely nothing I have ever experienced before. Part two is entirely our own fault. Neither of us wanted to offend our masseurs and a language barrier was clear from the start, so neither of us asked them to lighten up like we clearly should have. I wish now we had defined what medium pressure meant to us when asked, because then I think a more precise review could be done. This place is probably great for a quick stop in and a 20 minute grind, but not for us as the spa treatment we were hoping for. read more

I was traveling for work up in Windsor, CA and was so lucky to have found Soco Reflexology! From the moment I called to find out information on hours and services, Michael was so warm and friendly that I immediately walked over to get a massage. When I walked in he greeted me by name and made me feel so comfortable. The place is impeccably clean and wonderfully decorated. I get regular massages and this honesty was one of best, I honestly felt like I was floating after. He recommended the 90 min massage (60 minute body and 30 minute reflexology) when I walked out he greeted me with a hug, it is a special place. I am coming ask in mid October and already am excited for another massage and visit to Soco Reflexology. Such a great place and WELL worth a visit! I love Windsor and was excited about SoCo Reflexology coming to town but I left my first treatment very disappointed. SoCo Reflexology is somewhat similar to Jessie Jing's in SR; I prefer more personalized attention, but since I had heard good things from others about SoCo, I thought I'd give it a try as a special mother/daughter treat. I had previously met the owners, Michael and Helen, and they are very friendly. There is a group area for treatments but you can also request private rooms so I scheduled 90 min appts (60 body/30 feet) for my daughter and I in the dual private room. We were never asked anything before starting, like if we had any injuries or areas of concern, or what level of pressure we preferred. We were asked to lay face down in a head pillow but my nose was touching the table coverings. I finally said I couldn't breathe but my therapist didn't help. Finally, Helen, who was my daughter's therapist, adjusted my table so I could see the floor and get air. I don't think my therapist could understand English as I tried to communicate with her several times as I didn't like that she rubbed the SKIN on my back with oil over and over and over but didn't focus on individual muscles. Then she didn't apply any oil to my arms for the 2 min arm massage (and my arms are my problem areas). It was not a seamless experience, including when she climbed on the table between my legs. I've had professional Swedish massage and foot reflexology many times but this experience left me bewildered. Also, they needed a towel steamer/warmer in our private room as Helen left the room at one point to get steamy towels without explanation leaving us uncomfortable head down and naked. I'm very glad my daughter enjoyed her massage by Helen. On the way home she told me about her relaxing head massage; I did not get a head massage. At check-out I had questions. Unfortunately, Michael and Helen gave a vague answer, defended their therapist as being licensed, and took my full payment without wanting to hear about my experience. I left feeling unheard and disappointed. I've definitely experienced better but since my daughter enjoyed her massage, I'll be generous with a 3 star rating. read more

I've had two massages here in the past two weeks and both were incredible!! Lacy was my therapist both times and she was very thorough, I never felt rushed. I will easily say without hesitation that they were best massages I've had in years. This wasn't some quick, amateur rubdown, but a very skilled, detailed, and therapeutic experience.
