Always feels great. Can do private room or "foot" massage in main room. It's not just foot. It's private, considering. Everyone has eyes covered. Really annoying when someone snores, though! PROS -The pressure was aligned as what I requested -She had many techniques CONS -My masseuse moved very fast so it doesn't feel relaxing -When she was moving to different positions she wasn't aware of her body touching my hands -My hair was under the towel during parts of the shoulder massage and my hair got pulled twice I still recommend this place just not my masseuse. I'd just completed a huge work project/undertaking that culminated in a week of walking/running around Las Vegas. My husband decided to take me to Healdsburg for a relaxing weekend and I booked a spontaneous foot massage at Soco this morning due to the amazing reviews. I was greeted warmly and brought in. I could tell how popular the place was because of the number of people who were all being checked in at the same time. There were also clearly many regulars who were familiar with the front desk and manager/owner. To keep it short, Jason was my masseuse and he helped melt away the pain and stress my legs and feet endured from my strenuous work trip. It was truly transformative in the span of 60 minutes. I have been a longtime supporter. However, I was not content with my the last couple services. I booked the one hour oil with Leah. I was put in the area with room dividers, not a private room. That is not enough privacy for someone to undress. Not to mention the space is not much bigger than a bathroom stall. The clothes hooks are in an open area where you can easily be seen undressed. When I got off the table & noticed the entry was left open where anyone could see me who walked by. It also was not relaxing hearing people being set up next to me for Reflexology. In addition, I had asked for Leah. I was given a male masseuse. This is not the only time that that has happened. It would be courteous to let people know if a therapist is not available prior to their appointment or adjust your online booking to only show available therapists. My visit prior, I arrived 10 minutes early. I was asked to sit and wait. My husband and I were not put into our room until 10 minutes after our start time. By the time we undressed it was easily 15 minutes post our start time yet the therapists still ended according to the clock. So our one hour was shortened to 40-45 minutes. Their prices have increased yet the service has gone in the opposite direction. I have decided to no longer be a patron of this business & just spend the extra $20-30 for a true spa treatment. read more

For Soco Reflexology you can substitute "great" for "good". We first came here in 2020, and have returned several times, including today and twice during the past few months. Jason was amazing! I walked into the appointment with achy tight muscles and edema in my ankles. I left after a 90 min reflexology treatment with limber muscles and nearly no edema. So Me and my significant other book for Two 1-hour body oil massage and a 1-hour foot massage. On the menu it states that the body massage is $65 and the foot massage is $35 plus a $10 hot stone treatment. We were welcomed in by a wonderful man with a great spirit and walked to the seating area. they asked me how strong I would have a massage and I let them know that I had a leg injury and not to rub my knee or bend it. After about 10 minutes the gentlemen let us know that our room was ready. I had a male masseuse and my significant other had a female masseuse. The massage was relaxing for the most part except for the man not being very strong or efficient in deep tissue as requested and him attempting to bend to my knee a lot ( I just had surgery ) and there being a communication error because of the language barrier. Upon leaving we thought our price would be one thing but they end up charging us extra money because we were in a room. We asked to be inside of a private room or we're told that there was a price difference. And I also let her know that I wasn't too pleased with my massage. After leaving she insisted on us tipping she said it quite a few times as the ways that we could to. (My thoughts was that she assumed we were not going to because I complained) But we left a $40 too on a $260 bill. That should have technically been ($220) $65full body + $35feet + $10 hot stone??! I left feeling ripped off and I won't be back. Not to say your experience will be the same. Very clean and relaxing environment. read more

Upon checking in, they asked about what pressure I prefer, any areas I didn't want massaged, etc. The massage therapist checked in with me a couple times about the pressure during the massage, which I appreciated.
