Chandra is the real deal if you have major musculoskeletal issues. My years of crazed snowboarding as a young adult has resulted in loose joints that slip out of place easily and cause various muscle spasms, knots and severe pain. Not helpful when you are a busy RN working two hospitals and constantly using your body. Her skill in finding out the root of my issues is incredible! I point to one spot on my back that is flared up, and she ends up working out knots in my glut that were the ACTUAL sources of the flare up. In the past, I've felt guilty having massage therapists use their bodies to work out my knots and I'll roll around on a ball to try and get them loose.... but Chandra goes slow and very deep and is super strong.
