He said she could find the certs and was on the phone with someone trying to figure it out for a long time. Maybe you should check your records. Pretty sad I missed our on the only Christmas present I wanted and tried to use on my birthday. Stealing money from hard working people is not ok, especially prior customers. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. What benefit do you think I have in lying about this? ****** My Husband bought me a gift certificate for $93 for a 90-minute massage at Christmas time. Came for my birthday here in August had an issue with them trying to honor it, they finally took me in the back I was there probably a half hour then I was interrupted in the MIDDLE of the massage by the man that works here (not sure if that's the owner) said that I was lying about the gift certificate that my Husband bought saying that that was not their gift certificates that they sell. At Christmas my husband was there for over 20 minutes trying to even purchase it and they didn't even know how to give him a gift certificate. After a few minutes of laying on the bed with this man coming back again still caling me a liar I decided to end massage. I went to the front desk to confront the man and he still kept being rude and saying they do not issue those gift certificates and I was lying. He also had two other employees call me and my husband a liar saying he did not buy this gift certificate here. Even though I had the receipt and the business card that came with my gift certificate. I have been here twice before and had a decent experience, but unfortunately I will never come back to this place again.

I went in for a one-hour foot massage, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The therapist could tell I wasn't feeling my best and noticed how tense and stressed my body was. She went above and beyond, working not only on my feet but also on my neck and back. I spend a lot of time hunched over a desk and don't get as much exercise as I should, and she immediately recognized where I was holding tension. She incorporated stretching and focused attention on those problem areas, and I left feeling absolutely amazing. If you pay cash, the one-hour foot massage is only $45--a fantastic value. I've paid a lot more elsewhere and received much less. If you're looking for a great reflexology spot in Santa Rosa, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!

I ended up receiving a full body massage, which wasn't really a full body massage as the front of my legs, feet and my arms were not worked on at all.. this treatment was $75 plus they wanted to tip on top of that so because I used part of the money on a credit card it was actually $78 plus my five dollar tip made $81. This was definitely not worth my money. I feel that their prices are too expensive because right around the corner. I could've gotten a full body massage for $65.. Although the girl was a good masseur, I still have paint that I was not expecting to have when I left . I'm very disappointed in the outcome. And the price:( I probably will not be back anytime soon

I made my reservation online, the day before. I chose the 11:30am spot for a hot stone massage,…read morebut when it confirmed with me, I saw that I had been placed at the 9 am spot. I called and asked for it to be fixed. No problem. I arrived a little early, but was ushered immediately into room 1. I asked to use the restroom first. When I came out of the restroom, I was ushered back into room one and the door was shut behind me. No instructions. I figured that I should probably change, so I started to undress. I had gotten down to my underwear when there was a quick knock at the door and the door opened. Someone announced "changing room." I originally thought she meant that she wanted me to undress in a changing room, but she actually wanted me to go to room 2. I got into room 2 and undressed. Still no instructions. There was a narrow strip of cloth, so I attempted to cover myself with it, but it was too narrow. I was still confused a little. I can't tell how long I waited because I didn't have my watch on and there was no clock in the room. The masseuse arrived and asked what I wanted today. Hot stone massage. She meant what part of my body I wanted her to concentrate on. Low back and feet. Ok. She'd do the massage first and then hot stones. Great. Medium pressure. Ok. The massage was a little too hard at first, but I spoke up and she adjusted the pressure. I could feel my back relaxing. Unfortunately, I'm ticklish on my feet and I wasn't able to handle the lighter pressure on them. But it was still a great massage. Suddenly, someone opened the door to room two and started speaking loudly to the masseuse. It was jarring since everything else was so quiet and I was mostly unclothed other than the narrow strip of cloth. No privacy with the door wide open! And speaking so loudly when I was trying to relax was ridiculous. We got to the hot stone part and the masseuse kept dropping the stones. Bang. The wall. Plop. The floor. Oops onto the table. I would have given 5 stars other than the online errors, the wide open door, the loud voices and the dropping of the stones. It was a good massage with a few minor drawbacks.
