Gentle melodies played quietly in the background during our session, but the ticking of the clock was loud and a bit bothersome in our massage room. The decor and setting was clean and simple. I loved the comfy face hole pillows on the massage beds, which felt like a soft memory foam type of material. Our masseuses were in and out of the massage room, leaving the room at least 3 times combined during our session to help other customers outside of the room (I know this because it happened every time the door bell to the entrance rang). This doesn't count the times they left for hot towels. We asked for hard pressure for both of us, but my bf's masseuse did a better job at it than mine. His massage bed had bars hanging from the ceiling which was used for back walking. For my treatment, there were moments that felt like my masseuse applied deep tissue strength, but the pressure wasn't consistent, and she didn't really work on my knots.
