Right when I walked in, he led me into a room and told me to take my clothes off and to lay down on the bed and he walked out of the room, I know there's a language barrier, but it is still a business. I thought it was odd that they didn't ask me if I had any areas of concern or issues with my body that they should be aware of. I was laying face down and someone came in the room and didn't say anything and started to give me a Swedish massage which felt very hard and fast. She climbed on the table and put a lot of weight on my back and when I told her it was too rough, she did not reply. She asked me a question which I didn't understand and when I asked what she said there was no reply. She left the room a three times without saying anything and I didn't know what was happening. There was nothing said to me. As I walked up to the front, they just handed me the credit card machine and I paid including a tip and walked out, pretty overwhelmed and shocked. Needless to say, I see why it is not that expensive but also made me very uneasy. read more

My mom and I got the couples massage for one hour. It was very soothing and peaceful. The masseuse was very quiet throughout. They used the right amount of pressure. Fantastic massage company! I was able to request an appointment online at 9am for 12pm the same day and they were able to accommodate it. They texted and emailed to let me know my appointment was accepted. Waiting area is clean, bright and airy. Staff is friendly. Massage was one of the best I've ever had, and I have had a lot of massages. Masseuse was very kind, asked about level of pressure I wanted and checked in with me several times. She was discreet about keeping my body covered and keeping me warm while she massaged different areas of my body. I was totally at ease and comfortable the entire time. I have many complaints about my experience at this establishment. I brought my girlfriend in for a couples massage on our anniversary. To start the two therapists we got did not speak English, and spent the entire time whispering and laughing with each other, ruining the atmosphere. Then they randomly brought out hot stones even though we did not request the service, and at one point one of the therapists left one of the stones on the back of my girlfriend's knee and burned her. Also the therapists used way too much oil, and moved in a fast and jostling fashion. All in all it was one of the worst massage experiences we have ever received. read more
